Villa Beach Club

Pros: Location is good, short walk to Santa Cruz, next to the villa is also very nice local restaurant. Sunrise view was great. Value for money for a group of people was good. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: House definitely seen better days. Ants in the kitchen, pretty awkward that in the common area is only sink, no wc. Luke warm water in the shower, but it was repaired. Broken couch in the living room. We got different sets of keys, matching different doors without realizing it before, couldn't lock the house nor the gate, so one day it was a bit stressful when our group divided. Water in the pool felt colder than promised. We asked if it'd be possible to heat the pool more, offered extra money for that, got no answer. I can't really say that communication with owner was good, also because of overall experience.

Pros: Nous avons loué cette maison pour notre séjour et l’expérience a été exceptionnelle. La maison était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. La vue sur la mer était tout simplement magnifique et a largement contribué à rendre le séjour inoubliable. L’emplacement était idéal, calme et reposant, tout en restant proche des commodités. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fluides et agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Schitterende villa dichtbij Santa Cruz

Pros: Fraaie, en authentieke villa, direct aan zee, met prachtig uitzicht op zee en een mooi zoutwater zwembad. Villa is ruim, met grote slaapkamers elk met eigen badkamer en goede bedden. De ligging is gunstig, dichtbij de luchthaven, en op loopafstand van Santa Cruz, waar diverse restaurants zijn, en een heel erg lekkere bakker. Een huurauto is aan te raden om de rest van Madeira te verkennen. Binnen 20 minuten rijden sta je in het centrum van Funchal. Contact met de eigenaar via WhatsApp verloopt goed. Wat ons prima beviel is dat de villa uit twee \

Cons: De villa voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Echter het verfwerk verdiend hier en daar wat aandacht. Ook waren er diverse (buiten)lampen stuk. Licht schakelaars zitten niet altijd op een logische plek. Kortom alles was prima, maar er is ruimte voor verbetering dan gaven we een 10

Pros: Très belle maison, vue magnifique ! Hôte très gentil et réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros: Lokalizacja była wyjątkowa- piękny widok na ocean, bezpośredni dostep do klifu/ oceanu. Piękny ogród, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duże pokoje, studio- osobny dodatkowy domek. Właściciel bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny.

Cons: Niestety słychać samoloty, które dla jednych- ich obserwacja może być dodatkową atrakcją, dla nas niestety zqklocaly cisze i piękno otoczenia( samoloty najcześciej latały rano i po południu, potrafiły tez zbudzić w nocy). Materace w sypialni twarde - ale czy wygodne to już zależy od indywidualnych preferencji. Ręczniki i pościel wymagają odnowienia.

Pros: Pedro is a great host, responsive and helpful. Villa has an amazing view. The pool is great, pretty big, warm water even in May. Living area is very bright and is extended by spacious terrace, which is perfect place to enjoy meals in sunny weather.
