Beautiful and fresh, amazing view, good location!

Pros: The accomodation is beautiful and fresh looking with both rooms having large windows with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped, tv has many channels including a couple with english movies. The location was also great! Overall we loved it!

Cons: Nothing major, just small things. We missed wine opener and sponge/brush for washing dishes. The drive to the house is very steep and might be uncomfortable especially for cars with weak engine. The windows are actually doors which is great, but cannot be left open if you do not want cats coming in. The door lock was partly broken and hard to lock.

Pros: Our stay was simply amazing. The location is excellent, the accommodation very comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. And that view – just perfection! If we plan another trip to Madeira, we will definitely come back here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very nice house with a beautiful view

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The view is truly amazing, and the beautiful garden with palm and banana trees is perfect for relaxing. The house itself is modern, with nice equipment and a very comfortable bed. Altogether, a lovely place to spend a holiday.

Cons: Unfortunately, the check-in experience was stressful. We didn’t receive the promised check-in information in advance, and after arriving on the island we spent two hours trying to reach the host without success, both via Booking messages and by calling the provided number (which only had a voicemail in South Africa). Only two hours after the advertised check-in time were we finally able to reach the owner and get the door codes. Just a small note for future guests: parking at the house is very uphill and can be a bit challenging. Overall, once we got settled, we really enjoyed the apartment and its surroundings.

Pros: The place was absolutely beautiful! We loved the big windows, the stunning view, and having our own balcony was such a bonus. The backyard barbecue was a great touch too, we definitely made use of that. Everything was really well explained with clear instructions, and we enjoyed complete privacy during our stay. Walking to the beach took around 45 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all, we actually enjoyed the walk! We had a rental car too, so it was only about an 8-minute drive when we didn’t feel like walking. Plus, it was conveniently close to local shops and a couple of snack bars. All in all, a gorgeous place to stay.

Cons: There were a few things that didn’t quite match the listing. There was no actual coffee machine, just a French press, and the photos made it seem like you get the whole house, but it’s actually a duplex, you’re just on the top floor. Only one of the bedrooms has a sea view; the other faces the back. The kitchen was missing all the basics - no salt, pepper, oil, or detergent for the washing machine and we were only given a small amount of toilet paper. The TV didn’t really work either, the remote was so unresponsive it made watching anything impossible. Also, there were no mosquito nets and no AC, so sleeping was a challenge. We had to keep the windows shut to avoid bites, which made the room really hot, and we were waking up in the night to deal with mosquitoes.

Pros: The view was awesome, the location was great, 10 minutes from the beach by car , the owner was very kind and gave us lots of infos about how to arrive to the location and answered very quickly to any question. There were lots of parking option to the accommodation , which were a big plus. There were a few cats nearby that visited us daily, bring some cat food😊

Cons: There were lots of ants, some went into the fridge too, they were everywhere mostly near the bin. A coffee machine would have been appreciated and also an ironing table.

10/10. Would return.

Pros: Driving up the hill is not for the faint hearted! The house was amazing, clean and modern with beautiful views.

Highly recommended beautiful views

Pros: Breathtaking ocean views, a lot of space, 2 bedrooms also in the upper floor possibility with sunbeds (weather did not allow it LOL ), books to read, TV, little heater, different pillows and hangers, huge wardrove and parking space To choose. Easy access by car. Good location. Nice neighbours. Will choose again if we decide to go back to Madeira. Published Pictures are real 100%

Cons: No coffee machine (all the rest for the kitchen was available) also no brush or hoover. Maybe stronger bulbs for kitchen light :)

Pros: We were staying for 10 nights, the sea view from the large windows was amazing, The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, one of the best example we seen. Snack bars, shop very close and the sandy beach within 5 minutes drive. I will very recommended this apartment and If we would ever go back to Madeira we would choose this place.

Cons: Ants getting in

Super view, great location, friendly host

Pros: The place has a super view to the ocean. It has a great location, there are more restaurants and a small shop nearby which you can reach without car. The beach is like 10 mins with car. The venue is at the top of the hill, so it is silent and nobody walks near the garden. Our host was super friendly and helpful, we could reach him any time. The place has modern furniture, the rooms are spacious, it is comfortable. The bedroom has blackout curtains, so you can make the bedroom dark. You can have more parking options as well.

Cons: Maybe because of the weather and the location of the downstairs apartment, it smelled a bit moldy in the evening.

Pros: A very beautiful house with lots of space and amazing views. We stayed in the bottom apartment for a few nights and it was quite comfortable. There’s a private bathroom on the bottom floor and two spacious rooms, one bedroom and the living room with a kitchen area, both of them have huge glass windows/doors with great views of the ocean. Duarte had even left some wine for us, which was quite nice. The house has everything you might need for your stay.
