Great location with a wonderful view!
Pros: The balcony and terrace with a spectacular view, comfortable beds, super friendly host. When we arrived there was a surprise waiting for us in the kitchen: home made cookies, farm eggs and local bread. The parking place just next to the apartment; there is a shop nearby and a bar with poncha just around corner. A really good spot to visit the western part of the island as well as the southern coast.
Cons: What I lacked most were terrace furniture so that everybody can sit outside, eat breakfast or enjoy the sunset. And it always catches me off guard when you cannot flush toilet paper but are asked to put it in the bin instead. I know it often happens on islands but is surprising anyway. The smaller bathroom could use some renovation as the shower in the bigger one is only for very short people - the ceiling is low and you need to bend or squat.

I don't think I could have found a place that offered better value for money
Pros: I am a hobby photographer and I was looking for a base for me and a couple of friends to take pictures at Fanal forest. The property was in a perfect location for this, while still being close enough to Funchal and the airport. The host was very communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment had everything we needed, with a bonus of having a spectacular view. It was also right next to a lovely little bar/restaurant, which was quiet, but friendly and had what we needed. While it wasn't absolute luxury, for the money, I don't think you could find a better value apartment.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like, perhaps it was a little warm at night, but not ever enough to cause any discomfort.

First, but not last, time in Madeira
Pros: Natalia, the host, is great. She's always kind and ready to give us some advice for the holiday! The house Is clean and has a lot of space: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, a terrace and a parking. Near the house the are also different services like supermarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy...
Cons: If you have never driven in Madeira before the road Is a bit slope, but it's normal for the island's road network ---> For a nice view you have to go up! ;)

Amazing comfortable accessible accomodation
Pros: Amazing property and the best view in Madeira, was a great point for us being in close to the middle and easy to get everywhere on the island. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the host was great especially giving us enough eggs to last us the whole week for free! Amazing place and we will definitely be back soon

Pros: Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Апартаменты чистые и большие. Вид с балкона и террасы -потрясающий!С душем проблем нет. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.Единственное,что на кухне нет больших кастрюль.Максимум на 3 литры.Борщ варить нам было проблемно.А в целом все замечательно. Рекомендуем!

Pros: Mooie uitzicht elke avond, vanuit het plaatsje was alles goed bereikbaar! Extra leuk was een festivalletje in het dorp op 500 meter afstand (wijn -oogst- festival denk ik). In eerste week september. O.a. Fanal Forrest en PR6 25 bevinden zich erg dichtbij! En supermarkten is op 350 meter afstand (haha, wel omlaag en omhoog lopen)
Cons: Bestek is in sommige opzichten wat beperkt -sommige glazen en schaaltjes ontbreken-. Zout en peper die er staan die al tijden op zijn. Als je vrij lang bent is het huisje misschien niet de juiste voor je (veel schuin dak waardoor je je hoofd stoot, waaronder bij de douche en in de keuken). Ik ben zelf 1,90 (4 keer mijn hoofd gestoten). Ook mijn broers 1,75 moesten opletten in de keuken (ook paar keer)
