Pros: Great view, good location, dedicated parking, amazing overall

Pros: The apartment has a great location, in a well maintained residence buildin. It, has good restaurants/shops near by. Having a private parking is definitely a great advantage. The apartment is fully equipped , spacious and has all facilities required.

Cons: In general I would recommend the apartment for stay in Madeira. The only things I didn’t like were the bed (makes noice when moving) and there is no air conditioning ( only ventilation)

Pros: The apartment is in a very good location — close to the sea, restaurants, a grocery store, and a café with a wide variety of pastries located in the same building on the ground floor. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need for a longer stay. We were very pleased that there was a washing machine, so after a few days of hiking, we could do our laundry. It’s also very convenient that the apartment has a parking space. The apartment is very clean! Quick and excellent communication with the apartment owner! Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing I could mention is the noise from cars coming from the street, but it didn’t bother us as we woke up early. It’s quiet at night.

Pros: This place offers everything you need. Quick access to the highway, a short distance to the airport, and only a 15-minute drive to Funchal. The weather seems to be consistently nice, with blue skies, although we arrived at the airport to a pleasant shower. Two supermarkets are just a two-minute walk away, one of which offers freshly baked rolls. The balcony with a sea view is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine every evening. You can park your rental car in the underground garage. We were lucky enough to meet Ana personally. She is a very friendly host who does everything she can to ensure we enjoy our vacation. Next time we will come back for sure.

Cons: The place was a bit difficult to find; Google Maps led us to the wrong building. If you turn on the TV out of boredom, there aren't many channels you might enjoy if you don't understand Portuguese.

Beautiful place💕

Pros: Large, comfortable apartment, everything you need, washing machine, great wi-fi. Excellent parking space in the garage. Shops, bakery with great coffee, restaurants nearby, ocean and beach too ;) Bus stop at the gate. Very good contact with the host. We love it.

Cons: Only one small thing, you have to close the window at night because there is a threshold on the street and cars cause noise.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und für alles was man brauch eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einen kleinen Strand. Ein Pluspunkt war auch der Parkplatz in der Hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Alles in allem perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Madeira.

Cons: Den Fenstern fehlt ein wenig schallisolierung, dadurch hört man ab und zu laute Autos oder Menschen von der Straße.

Pros: Appartement spacieux,bien équipé et très bien situé avec commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hote très agreables avec des explications claires. S il y avait une seule chose ca serait le manque d'une climatisation le soleil donnant sur l appartement mais nous avions 2 ventilateurs a disposition. Je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation

Limpo, cómodo e muito bem localizado.

Pros: Gostei de tudo, localização, conforto, limpeza...

Cons: Só colocaria um ar condicionado para ser perfeito.

Pros: El apartamento es espacioso y está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Tienes plaza de garaje con acceso directo al edificio que es una gran ventaja ya que la zona de estacionamiento es azul de pago. El check in muy sencillo. La propietaria te va dando las instrucciones para que lo realices sin problemas. También tiene terraza

Cons: Por decir algo, la poca luz del baño.

Pros: Un apartamento encantador, muy bien situado. Excelente. La propietaria estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Muchas gracias Ana!!!
