large apartment with private parking space

Pros: The apartment is large and complete. it is in a good location with some restaurants and a supermarket nearby (walking distance). The great thing is that you can park the car under the complex in the garage (directly straight ahead when you go through the gate)

Cons: No air conditioning or fan for the warmer days.it

Pros: It’s really large, fully equipped wirh everything you may ever need. The sunrise view from the room is also great.

Cons: The balcony is very small, not really useable for a breakfast and faces a street with some car noise. Also the street makes some noise in one of the bedrooms - nothing too crazy, but one may hear it.
