3 night stay in March

Pros: Beautiful house in a very beautiful village! Great and kind hosts, always ready to help and generous with little treats. Terrace with beautiful views to sit, read and eat. It's practical there is cutlery and a fridge in the room.

Cons: Since we are still in winter, the room was rather cold and there was no heating.

A perfect combination of artwork, garden and delightful owners

Pros: We had a comfortable, spacious apartment with a balcony giving stunning views along the coast to Paul do Mar and of the sunset. The owners, Patricia and Luis, couldn’t have done more to make our stay special. Such a lovely, interesting couple. Both involved in the arts, they have a beautiful communal main house and garden to which we had access whenever we wanted. We were so interested to find out about Patricia’s art and stories of what life was like growing up in Madeira. All this set in a delightful village.

Nice stay and great host

Pros: The host en hostess are super friendly people. The made sure we felt comfortable and had a nice stay. They have a beautiful house and garden. Jardim do Mar is a nice small village. It’s easy to park the car and there is a nice restaurant near by. We booked the standard room. It was small, but good enough.

Úžasná dovolenka

Pros: Bol som tu ubytovaný už druhýkrát a Luis a Patrícia sú skvelí ubytovatelia. Opäť ma veľmi milo privítali so skvelou bábovkou a mangovým džúsom, čo mi po 12 hodinovej ceste do miesta určenia urobilo veľmi dobre. Izba bola skvelá. Oproti minulému pobytu som býval v hlavnom dome, takže ráno som mohol ísť z postele rovno do bazéna a užívať si pokojné ticho a krásne počasie. Majú krásnu záhradu a skvele sa tam oddychuje. A odporúčam si prezrieť na izbe knihu fotografii s Patriciinmi umeleckymi dielami za uplynulých desať rokov. Jardim do Mar je krásna obec a tie úzke uličky s výhľadom na oceán sú úchvatné.

Cons: Že to celé trvalo len pár dní a potom som sa musel vrátiť domov... :)

Pros: Très bon accueil avec du gâteau à la banane préparé par notre hôte accompagné d'un justificatif de mangue. L'écoute, l'accompagnement le sourire des hôtes, formidable. La vue de notre chambre sur l'océan, merveilleuse.

endroit calme et ressourçant avec des hôtes très sympathiques

Pros: Endroit magnifique pour découvrir la partie ouest de Madère. Ce petit village très calme, loin du tumulte est idéal pour se ressourcer. Patricia et Luis sont des hôtes très intentionnés et prennent à cœur de satisfaire nos besoins. La maison est très belle, décorée en partie par les œuvres de Patricia. Tout est parfait, la piscine, la table de ping pong, les chambres très propres.

Cons: il manque peut-être une climatisation pour un peu plus de confort, mais comme la vue est dégagée, l’air frais vient directement du large et nous avons dormi la fenêtre grande ouverte.
