Pros: There are no words to describe the beautiful and comfortably equipped apartment. Clean and modern. It has everything. The connection was excellent. Our stay was excellent.

Pros: We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the “Século XXI-U, a Home in Madeira” vacation apartment in September 2025. The location was excellent with two public swimming pools (eg, Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex and Doca do Cavacas Natural Pools), hiking trails, a grocery store, and cafes,restaurants, and a wine bar within comfortable walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished, and the highlight was the balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and efficient and everyone we worked with at the property management firm (A Home in Madeira) was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We definitely plan to book this apartment again on our next trip to Madeira!

Schönes großes und gepflegtes Apartment in guter Lage.

Pros: Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Lage. Auch zu Fuß ist der Lido in zehn Minuten erreichbar, allerdings geht's auch hier - wie so oft auf Madeira steil rauf und runter. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss. Die Kommunikation mit Sidonia, der check-in und -out waren problemlos. Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt und die wunderschöne Insel sehr genossen.

Cons: Ein kleinerer Tisch und kleinere Stühle auf dem Balkon würden die Beweglichkeit unserer Meining nach sehr erhöhen.

Mooie plek om te verblijven. Dichtbij het centrum en op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en bars. Mooi appartement. Is

Pros: De ligging van het appartement, mooi uitzicht, heel aardige host, Fatima. Belangrijke spullenmstonden voor ons klaar, koffie water en koekjes. Fijn dat er ook een wasmachine was.

Cons: Het bed was vrij hard. ‘s Nachts was het vrij warm, er was geen airco, wel een goede ventilator maar we moesten de deur open houden tegen de warmte en dat liet de muggen binnen. Met wasknijpers hebben we een vitrage in de deuropening geplaatst, dat hielp goed. Gekocht bij de plaatselijke bouwmarkt. Ook was er vlakbij een hond die in een tuin liep te blaffen, ‘s nachts en ‘s morgens vroeg.

Pros: Tolle, moderne und großzügige Unterkunft, super ausgestattet!! Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Garage im Haus sehr praktisch.

Cons: Die Bettmatratze ist uns etwas zu weich gewesen und Gelsengitter an den Balkontüren wären ein großer Vorteil.
