Angel´s Paradise Luxury and Sophistication

Great place.

Pros: Apartment is big and nice. The terrace is huge and very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. Good location. Good restaurants are within a 15-minute walk.

Cons: We had a 10-day stay and during this time the apartment was not cleaned once. The price for cleaning on request was 80 euros. We refused (too expensive). The mattress and pillows were a bit too hard for us.

Madeira apartment

Pros: Very beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Funchal

Pros: Everything. Our host met us and gave us lots of tips for our stay, and had left a welcome pack of local and homemade goodies for us to enjoy. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

Cons: Google Maps didn't take us to the right place when navigating by foot. If using the airport bus, you can get off at Aerobus stop 10 and catch the local bus number 24. Both run hourly, so best to check timetables. If staying on the Aerobus until stop 15, be aware there is a very steep stepped ascent up through the becos.

Pros: Excellent and helpful host Elizabete, she will invite you at arrival and give you recommendations according to shops, restaurants. Apartment is great for families. Breathtaking see view from the bedroom and main room, great balcony. I Strongly recommend

Pros: The balcony is exceptional and where I spent most of my trip. The host was very patient and waited for us to come in, although it was an extremely late flight. There were amenities in the kitchen like salt and pepper which is always so lovely, as well as coffee and tea. Air con works really well. Everything is top notch.

Cons: Be great to have some washing tabs, and some conditioner/shampoo as often the case in stays.

TOP-Appartement in ausgezeichneter Lage mit tollem Meerblick

Pros: TOP-Lage direkt oberhalb des Lido, ca. 25 min zum Laufen in die Stadt, herrlicher Blick über das Meer, tolle, große Loggia mit Möbeln und Polstern, TOP-Ausstattung der Küche, herzlicher Empfang und sehr freundliche Tipps durch Elisabete, viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Pros: C’est un magnifique appartement, très spacieux et bien équipé avec une superbe vue sur l’océan. L’emplacement est très calme et agréable, la plage est à 10 minutes à pieds

Pros: Tout est parfait. Le balcon avec la vue est un vrai luxe. L'appartement est grand, bien conçu, très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et très calme. Pour la voiture, on descend se garer dans la place réservée dans le parking au sous-sol et on prend l'ascenseur pour monter directement à l'appartement. Merci a Elisabete pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Cons: Rien puisque tout est parfait.

Pros: Sehr saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Lage und Aussicht optimal.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern, die für wenig Geld so leicht zu beheben wären

Pros: Elisabete war sehr verbindlich, zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit einem top-Meerblick. Zudem war die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus total gut, da wir ab der Hälfte der Zeit keinen Leihwagen mehr hatten. Etwas den Berg runter gibt es ein Super-Restaurant \

Cons: Die Betten sind leider zu hart, es gab Rückenschmerzen (leichte Linderung durch das Unterlegen der eigentlichen, etwas dickeren Bettdecke). Ein gemütliches Licht im Wohnzimmer für abends wäre schön, ein helles Licht für den Spiegel im Bad wäre auch von Vorteil. Die Polster der Möbel auf dem Balkon waren schon sehr abgenutzt, teilweise an den Ecken total abgewetzt.
