Very enjoyable.

Pros: Everything.Spacious,clean,convenient,quiet,well equipped,etc.

Cons: Nothing.

Loved everything about this apartment.

Pros: This property is beautifully clean! Very modern and spacious. Beds are huge and so comfortable! The shower is great. The balcony’s are lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. You are right in the heart of old town Funchal with taxis and buses close by, despite the busy area it is very quiet at night so we slept so well. There are so many restaurants around, but if you wanted to cook in the apartment then there are lots of utensils in the kitchen which are extremely clean. We also had a set of keys each which was very helpful! We would 100% recommend this property and use it again!

Cons: The stairs weren’t a problem for us but just be mindful that there’s a few flights to go up, with no lift.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: Very tidy and clean. Close to everything specially bus station and restaurants plus shopping centre which makes it easier for the ones with kids. Luis greeted us and made us feel comfortable. I will definitely stay here again whenever I will visit madeira and would suggest the same to others. This is the best place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Cons: Can't think of anything as everything was perfect.

Modern apartment in the centre of old town

Pros: Very central and an easy walk to experience all the main sights that Funchal has to offer

Pros: The property is in a perfect location close to the old town of Funchal. The layout of the apartment was excellent and having two bathrooms both with showers was a bonus. The little touches of coffee pods left for us to use and the use of a washing machine with capsules provided was brillant.. all shower facilities were provided shower gel shampoo etc. Luis was an excellent host and accommodated us on an early check in and a late check out to facilitate us for our flight.

Cons: There is nothing negative apart from the stairway needs a little bit of modernisation but don’t be put off by that as the apartment is your clean ..

Fantastic location and great apartment.

Pros: The location is superb. All the facililities of the city are close at hand. The apartment is large with 3 large bedrooms two large bathrooms with showers etc. The lounge and kitchen are good with all the facilities you require. There are stairs to the apartment. The apartment has balconies right round to watch the world go by and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is an impressive apartment and we give it 10/10.

Cons: The only drawback was the dimly lit stairway which is not the responsibility of the apartment

Perfect

Pros: The apartment and the location is exceptional. Please do not be put off by the entry and the stairwell that could do with a coat of paint, once you enter the apartment, you will be taken aback by the ceiling height, how clean it is and the room sizes. Hot water is roaring hot and plentiful. Everything is provided. However, please note, there is no dryer however the rack positioned near the kitchen window will soon dry all your clothes. We parked our car overnight at the multi- story downstairs. The owner provides three sets of keys. There are 5 balconies also a table and chairs upstairs.

Cons: We had no issues.

Cons: Can’t fault the apartment at all. There was a few flights of stairs to get up to apartment but didn’t bother us at all .

Pros: Large charming apartment at a great location. fit exactly our needs perfect for family stay. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

Cons: Central busy location not for people who look for a quite spot.
