Very pleasant, clean and well located accomodation!
Pros: Perfect location right in the center of Funchal! Everything you could need, was at the property, oven, microwave, etc. The apartment was also very clean!
Cons: It could get a bit warm inside, but with opening the windows and the fan and small aircon, it was just doable. But we knee beforehand that this could be the case

Pros: Central location. Excellent apartment with all needed.
Cons: A bit noisy because of reconstruction the road downstairs. In the evening music in the restaurant on the other side of the street. But we enjoyed music

Great apartment for central Funchal
Pros: Comfortable apartment in central Funchal. Great location for resturants, buses and shopping. Only 200m from the aerobus stop and 200m from the sea, and surrounding area is flat! Helpful and communicative host. Sufficiently equiped for a stay of several days with washing machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, overn & hob and microwave. Excellent WiFi and TV.
Cons: It was not a problem for me, but be aware that because of it's central location there is a fair amount of noise from traffic, people, and the bars/resturants opposite - it had usually quitened down by 11pm and the double glazing (when shut) reduced the noise significantly. Also be aware the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Pros: Położenie, rozkład mieszkania, czystość, wposażenie,ładny widok na miasto i okolicę.
Cons: Hałas ulicy, trzeba zamykać na noc okna.Problem latem brak klimatyzacji, do udrożnienia odpływ wody z kabiny prysznicowej.

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros: Eine geräumige, moderne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Funchal. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Ozean und der Busbahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Geld für einen Mietwagen kann man sich sparen. Vier Balkons bieten einen interessanten Ausblick auf das Leben in der Stadt. Nachts ist es etwas laut, da man mitten im Geschehen ist. Doch Ruhe haben wir nicht gesucht. Um Madeira zu erleben, ist das Appartement ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Pros: V bytě bylo úplně vše , drogerie, žehlička na vlasy pračka , vše na co jsi vzpomeneš; úžasně bydlení a krásný výhled ;perfektní poloha vše blízko
Cons: Rozkládací postel v obýváku je krátká ;pokud máte víc jak 165cm

Breve ma intensa
Pros: Esperienza molto positiva, eravamo al centro di tutto, l'appartamento molto bello pulitissimo e con tutti i confort . Se un domani mi capitasse di ritornare a madeira verrei molto volentieri qua in questa casa.....Grazie di tutto Anna e family
Cons: L'unica cosa che è un po così 🙄 si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore

Pros: Logement très bien placé a funchal, avec beaucoup d animations, proximité de bons restaurants, les prix restent attractifs et moins cher qu'en France. On a adoré les jardins et la gastronomie locale . Si vous voulez cherchez le calme, cela ne sera pas le bon lieu car la pollution sonore est présente qui est normal dans toutes les grandes villes du monde mais les nuits sont calme de bonne heure. Je recommande ce lieux pour un passage de quelques jours.
Cons: Les pourboires obligatoires qui représente 10% des services. La vitesse des bus en agglomération

Pros: Lokalizacja w samym centrum Funchal, blisko do promenady nad oceanem gdzie zatrzymują się wszystkie autobusy i do kolejki na Monte. Ruch uliczny i rzekę tuż obok słychać ale nie jest to jakoś mocno uciążliwe, pomagają okiennice. Mieszkanie ma cztery (!) balkoniki, jest dobrze wyposażone - naczynia, garnki, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, duża szafa i komody z szufladami na rzeczy.
Cons: Przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience i nowa patelnia.
