In short it had everything that we needed. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Very good central location so everything was within easy reach. It was on the 5th floor at the rear of the building. The balcony overlooked a side road with great views up the hill. Access was by a lift from the front main road entrance. The apartment was immaculately clean with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and comfortable living area. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a big walk in shower. There was plenty of wardrobe space(inc plenty of hangers) & drawer space. The added bonus was that there was a huge supermarket in the basement accessed via the lift & escalator. The host supplied excellent instructions on how to access the apartment & responded promptly to a couple of questions that we had.

Cons: There was nothing about this apartment that we didn’t like.

Amazing value for money

Pros: You had everything you need inside. Moreover, a big plus was the easy checkin and the parking inside the building. The view on the balcony was great too.

Pleasant holiday in Funchal

Pros: Good location in the centre of Funchal. Stop Aerobus from the airport near the apartments. The embankment is 5 minutes walk away. It is easy to reach the Tropical Garden of Monte both by bus and by funicular. A large supermarket is located in the same building. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need to stay. Communication with the hostess was pleasant and useful.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, clean, bright perfectly located in the center of the city above the shopping center, facing internal courtyard therefore quiet. There are two bathrooms (one bedroom is an en-suite bedroom).

Pros: Very comfortable single bed. Very clean. Absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom. Could get off airport bus almost outside.Easy access with great directions for entry and right above a supermarket. Handy to where tours pick up, teleferico and restaurants.

Cons: If my husband had been with me it would’ve been lack of air-conditioning but that doesn’t bother me!
