Magic Home

Pros: The apartment turned out to be even better than we expected. Usually, it looks better in the photos than in real life. In this case, it was the opposite. In reality, everything was even better! We were very satisfied with our stay and can definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: Nothing. Everything corresponds to the description and therefore there were no negatives

Pros: Fabulous large apartment in a great location, very professionally mannaged by Cecilia . Very well equipped kitchen with all facilities . Close to good coffee shop and patisseries. Looking forward to going back there again some time i would highly recommend this property.

Cons: Overall we had a great experience.

Pros: Very comfortable appartment and outside swimming pool

Pros: Great location, 25 min walking to city centre. Bakery or breakfast and coffe bars in 8 min walking distance. Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional toilette. Balcony with ocean view. Undergroud parking place.

Cons: n/a

Fantastic we would definitely stay again 🙏❤️

Pros: Very clean, very quiet, extremely good communication, most equipment you would want or need, very comfortable beds, lovely showers, great pool, plenty of towels

Lovely flat flat with all equipment you need for comfortable life.

Pros: For those who take a car: the home is not far from main roads, you have no need to stuck in traffic jams in the center of Funchal. In the town we took bus or taxi, and our car for the trips out of town.

great overnight in Fucnhal with easy access to the main roads.

Pros: nice and comfy apartment with huge area to stay . washing machine and dryer is of very big help for hikers. Owners are responsive and very friendly (by wastapp) . Cant comment on pool or tv as we were just mostly sleeping over ;) key pickup is easy . you can park before building go to appt then take remote and go to parking and find you way out so then you can easily locate your way in. despite neighbor's are moderately loud you can't hear them in apartment . only in the morning on the terrace which is normal. also mind here is no walking shops nearby . you'll have to use car. or may be i missed something

Cons: in our case access to parking internal gate was not responding to remote so we used workaround to go in (-1) come to gates and open them form inside manually . but its not hosts issue , may be something changed in the building security. so i consider this as very minor episode which is fun :)

Pros: Great apartment, with a beautiful view, we have very fond memories of our stay. Very good contact with the owner, at our request she delivered the missing kitchen equipment very quickly.

Pros: Spacious, modern layout, cleanliness, and family-friendly amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, and outdoor gym. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Slightly further out from Funchal, and the pool wasn't in the best condition.

Great week away, lovely apartment, Maria the owner was fantastic always easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Woul

Pros: We loved everything about this property. Big & spacious, very modern, secure, clean, great views, great pool and playground for kids and more than enough room for us ( a family of 4)

Cons: We loved it all, only thing is it’s a cab ride into Funchal (€10 euros roughly each way) but worth staying here in this area for the better apartment all day long.
