Super!

Pros: The apartment was super spacious and beautiful, with an amazing ocean view. Everything is brand new, modern furniture, well equipped with everything we could need. Very nice and big swimming pool too! We were warmly welcomed for the check-in (even if it was super late at night). We had a lovely stay.

Loved this place

Pros: The apartment is much larger in real life, extremely clean and with a beautiful view. The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The quality of the bed could be better.

Pros: Very friendly host. 24/7 support. Spacious apartment with a beautiful view. Location is in quiet area, not far from the city center. I really recommend it.

Great stay, spacious and luxurious appartment

Pros: What a lovely stay in the spacious appartment of MHM! The building is 1 year old, situated in a quiet area just 30 min walking from the centre of Funchal. The appartment had everything we’ve needed, from a coffeemachine, to a cooker, to a grill and an oven. Also there is a dishwasher included and a washingmachine/ tumble-dryer. You can use the pool (very quiet, most of the time private) and the parkinggarage for your rental car. The service of MHM is great, with a lovely welcoming present. We didnt had hot water on the first evening, but they’ve fixed it immediately. With our 9 month old son, it was a great home for a week. The babycod and chair were arranged by MHM as Well. Would definitely go back:)

Cons: The appartment doesnt have airco, but there was a van available so we didnt really missed it

Pros: Great spacious apartment with everything what you need. Nice view. Plenty of parking spaces.

Cons: No air-con. Unfortunately we had a few mosquitoes and sleeping with windows shut without air-con is not super comfortable.

Great Location and Facilities, just missing some little essentials

Pros: + efficient check in + lovely welcome gifts Bottle of water, juice and wine and some local sweets and biscuits + fantastic location Short walk from the city centre + great facilities spacious apartment & swimming pool + well equipped All utilities and whites good available including washing machine and dryer. + informative handbook Clear guidance on the facilities and important contact information

Cons: - No inventory or condition report\t the handbook clearly states to inform the managing agent of any breakages / losses etc but there was no inventory of what was included in the apartment to know what was meant to be there and also no condition report, for example, the stove was damaged, and we had to contact the agents to let them know of this so we would not be blamed. - no extra towels Although you can ask for extra towels, we should not have to especially as we were staying for 9 days. Also, I have long hair so like to use an extra towel for my head. - communication issues we advised in advance that we would need the sofa bed prepared and this was not done, someone did come and prepare it for us - lack of extra bedding and noisy mattress protector The beds had duvets but no extra sheets, often when the weather is warm it is more comfortable to sleep with just a sheet instead of duvet and the mattress protector on the main bed was very noisy. - blackout curtain in living room did not cover the balcony door - lack of hooks/towel rails There was no hooks / towel rails to hang up towels to dry especially hand towel for example in either bathroom, there was only small towel stand but this would only fit one towel. - told to take rubbish out and undress the beds before leaving we felt that we shouldn't have to do that, we have never been asked to do this anywhere else we have stayed

Pros: Big terrace, and place overall, we had a private parking spot in the underground garage. The apartment is well equipped for a stay.

Cons: We missed a washing machine and a place to hang our wet clothes. We were hiking almost everyday so having a washing machine at our disposal would be a great addition.

Modern apartment with a stunning view

Pros: The apartment is located in a modern residential complex on the last floor with a big balcony and an absolutely stunning view of the ocean, the garden, and the pool. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony with such a wonderful view! The apartment is new, with a modern kitchen and stylish furniture. The hosting company welcomed us with traditional Maderian drinks and sweets. The representative was very kind and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant!

Cons: The bed in the master bedroom could be more comfortable without the waterproof mattress cover. It would be convenient to have hangers and hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Pros: Erittäin tilava huoneisto kahdelle hengelle. Säilytystilaa matkatavaroille hyvin. Parveke näkymä merelle ja aurinkoon. Mukava viettää aikaa ja syödä parvekkeellakin. Asunnossa hyvä laittaa myös ruokaa. Astioita olisi voinut olla hieman enemmän koska tiskikone, jota piti pyörittä vajaana. Pyykinpesukone plussaa. Sijainti hyvä, vaikka kävelyä ylämäkeen. Siivouksen saimme kahden viikon puolivölissä pyydettäessä. Tulemme mielellään uudestaan tähän asuntoon.

Cons: Kova sänky. Kahvinkeittämistä piti soveltaa, koska oli vain kapselikone. Ei ollut patalappuja.

Pros: Moderní a velice prostorný byt, skvěle vybavený, krásný výhled na oceán. Personál je velice přívětivý a přátelský naladěný. Parking přímo v podzemí bytového domu. Bonus - bazén ve vnitrobloku. Lokalita skvělá - v okolí byl klid přes noc a přes den. Nejezdilo moc aut. Blízko centra Funchal - cca 5-7 minut na taxi (5 Eur), kdyžtak jezdi bus - 2 eura jedna jízda pro jednoho člověka.
