Really loved this condo...very comfortable. Great location. Wine shop, cafe and restaurant close by.

Pros: The location was wonderful with cafes and a few restaurant close by. A decent walk or a short drive to the marina and shops.

We were a family of 5 and we found this apartment to be perfect for us. We totally recommend it.

Pros: There is a large living room, very spacious bedrooms and a very nice terrace. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The cleaning was good, but it could get a bit improved, especially in the drawers and corners and kitchen.

excellent place for two couples

Pros: The apartment is newish and really spacious with large ocean facing balcony and well equipped kitchen. We benefited from two en-suit bedrooms as stayed there as two couples. Clean and secure underground parking. Comfortable beds. Good location away from busy high street but still within walking distance to the old town and San Martinho if you don't mind walking downhill and returning uphill.

Cons: It was easy for us to collect the keys on arrival as we hired a car on arrival to Funchal, so just made that extra stop on our way to the apartment, but I guess it will be much less convenient for somebody without a car. Quite late check-in (at 4pm), considering the check-out is at 11am. Both bedrooms face a busy street with cars driving uphill at full capacity, so this car engine noise may be a bit disturbing at night.

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well equiped apartment, 2 bathrooms were a big plus

Cons: Close to the street

Pros: The place is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities we need for our stay for the 3 of us. This was very good of the host in WhatsApp video clip on how to pick up the keys and usage of the apartment. This was a great way to self check in. The host was great at helping arrange pickup from the airport as we had arrived at night. The patio has a nice view of the sun-rise in the morning.

Cons: It's a bit of a walk uphill from downtown if you don't have a vehicle.

Pros: It's a very lovely place, spacious and clean. Big windows make the whole place light up during the day, giving it a nice holiday vibe. Enjoyable view

Cons: The only thing we can think of is the location, since it's a walk into a hill from the main road, but it's not a big deal.

Pros: Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Bardzo sprawny i szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Sam apartament perfect, niczego nam nie brakowało z wyposażenia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nawet zaskoczyliśmy się, że tak blisko jest do mariny w Funchal piechotą. Podczas naszego pobytu okazało się, że na pobliskim stadionie odbywa się mecz, więc była dodatkowa atrakcja dla uszu :D

Pros: O apartamento , era novo, bem equipado , com estacionamento sempre à porta ou mesmo na garagem

Cons: A localização é descentralizada ( perto de tudo mas convém ter carro , senão são subidas muito grandes para fazer a pé )
