A nice place at a great location to stay at.

Pros: Very good location, nicely sized and had all amenities.

Cons: The occasional cockroach was a negative surprise in the mornings, but nothing too bad.

Pleasant stay at Time Off Madeira

Pros: Good location, walking distance to the old town and seaside. apartment is well furnished, with the things which are needed. Big bathroom, and kitchen well equipped, Waschmaschine, hair dryer, etc.

Cons: The window in the sleeping room can’t be opened.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Perfect location, central to all my needs such as supermarkets, restaurants and transport. The apartment itself was immaculate, and met all my requirements. Bed was very comforatble and the shower was very powerful and roomy.

Cons: Not much to complain about at all, maybe some oil for cooking? But that is easily picked up at the nearby supermarket.

Relaxing stay in beautiful apartment

Pros: Perfect location- close to restaurant, cafes and main attractions and same time so authentic- could hear Portuguese language as local people live near by. Apartment very beautiful and comfortable, perfect equipped. Everything look quite new - I think it was renovated recently. Bed very comfy, shower big with good water pressure. But what I enjoyed most - balcony with courtyard view(was so relaxing starting day and finish with cup of coffee or glass of wine after day full of excitement). And very good contact with owner- easy instructions regarding check in plus I could stay later on check out day - thank you Jose. And as cherry on the cake- got bottle nice red wine and water - really enjoyed. Hope will back again one day soon as miss this place.

great accommodation, great location

Pros: The accommodation has an excellent location, 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, 5 minutes from the old town and attractions. The apartment is clean, tidy, well equipped, the kitchen is also beautiful, and the terrace provides intimacy. José is a great host, kind, and helped quickly with everything, was flexible, and answered questions quickly. I can only recommend it.

Lovely stay

Pros: Great setup with excellent facilities! Lovely balcony for a little sun throughout day and all cooking supplies available. Owner Jose very attentive

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell at times wafting from both bathrooms likely something to do with plumbing but definitely not ideal

Great apartment and location

Pros: We loved the apartment, all new, really clean, and much bigger than we expected. The location is also great. The host kept us informed about the checking details and he was really helpful at any time we needed.
