Great location and super clean apartment.
Pros: Apartment is very spacious and is in fact nicer than the pictures on the advert. It had a huge living room with a dining table - it would be a great place for 2 couples to stay. I liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and packed lunch for hikes - we found everything that we needed to prepare our meals. Apartment also has washer/dryer but we only stayed for a week and didn’t need to use. Overall highly recommend to book as it’s a great location.
Cons: As this is a ground floor apartment it was a little dark due to the shutters, however saying that we spent very little time in the property and this wasn’t an issue. It should be considered if it’s a family stay/you’re planning to stay longer time during the day in the apartment. It was great to have an allocated parking space however the ramp to go down to a lower level is very narrow and had problems getting in a ford focus - consider booking a very small car for Madeira anyway due to very narrow roads in general and sharp turns up hill. However the lovely man who let us is gave us a tip to park outside the multi story car park to avoid awkward corners. We only had to park in the actual bay twice which took some time!

Grand appartement bien situé à Funchal
Pros: Très grand appartement d'une propreté irréprochable avec une place de parking souterrain, situé dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. A 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Funchal. Un monsieur est venu nous apporter les clés et il suffit de les déposer sur la table et de claquer la porte quand on quitte le logement. La terrasse est très appréciable. On a pu manger dehors en plein mois de février.
Cons: Machine à café Dolce gusto peu pratique et pas écologique: une seule dosette (avec beaucoup de plastique :( est fournie et ensuite...on se passe de café car on ne va pas acheter, pour 2 nuits, un paquet entier qui sera inutilisable chez nous. Pas de lessive fournie alors qu'il y a lave linge et sèche linge. Pareil, fournir ne serait-ce qu'une pastille serait vraiment un plus car quand on voyage, on ne va pas se promener avec un paquet de lessive... Dans l'appartement que nous avons loué ensuite à Porto Moniz, la lessive était fournie et le café (une dizaine de dosettes) aussi. Les serviettes de toilette sentent très fort la lessive (trop pour nous, c'est vraiment entêtant, l'odeur parfume tout l'appartement ! Mais ça, c'est très subjectif, il y a sûrement des gens que cela ne dérange pas. L'appartement est très sombre. Un atout probablement l'été pour se protéger de la chaleur mais l'hiver, c'est un peu dommage...

Pros: Ubicación, lo espacioso que es, que tenga dos dormitorios y dos baños, la cocina equipada. Muy bien ubicado en zona residencial con todos los servicios: restauración, muy cerca del parque de Santa Catalina.
Cons: Es oscuro en cuanto a las persianas mallorquinas que tiene en todo el piso, pero al llegar casi de noche, tampoco fue un problema. Que el acceso a la plaza de garaje está complicado, pero se puede aparcar bien fuera de ella. Hay bastantes mosquitos, incluso dentro del apartamento al abrir las ventanas, por lo que recomiendo que lleven repelente.

Pros: Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czysty, cichy. Posiada dwie łazienki i dwie sypialnie - super na 4 osoby. Kontakt z własciecielką bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Blisko spacerem do centrum Funchal.
Cons: Jedynym, ale za to dużym, minusem jest fakt, że apartement jest bardzo ciemny a przez to ponury. Dopływ światła dziennego jest tak mały, że trzeba zapalać światło od samego rana. Jedynie jedna sypialnia ma dostaecznie widne okno.
