Great location and spacious house

Pros: Really good location. Only 10-20 min walk from Funchal centre. Nice to have a parking space. Spacious house with nice balcony. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is ideal. Well equipped kitchen. Clear and easy check in and out instructions. Great communication with host. Just as description. Defo recommend

Pros: The apartment was very big, excellent location and very clean. It has everything that you would need. I highly recommend.

Despite that wifi didnt work well in whole apartment and sink was blocked everything else was great

Pros: Apartment was huge. A lot bigger than it seems in the pictures. It did have almost anything you need for a long stay.

Cons: Wifi did not cover all the apartment. Wifi in living room was great, but in the apartmant there was a wifi repeater in order to reach the bedroom. it did not work well. We basically did not use Internet in further rooms. It seemed that repeater simply was not properly configured. In toilet sink water was not going away quickly. It almost was not going away. In the morning we also saw some kind of tiny worms in the sink which might have been there crawling from the pipes. Minor detail which might interest someone: if you stay here longer than just a few days, then be prepared to purchase washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc.

Really good value for money and modernity furnished and quite clean

Pros: Very nicely furnished great ocean views and located in a prime location very good for tourists

Cons: Would be ideal if there was some type of fan or air conditioning installed as it did get quite humid during the stay and the street can get bit loud at night when the windows are open but that is what you get for being near the city centre

Fab apartment

Pros: The apartment was in a great location. A very modern apparent which was beautifully decorated. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A good sized balcony to enjoy the fabulous weather. Would definately use again

Cons: Only one set of keys. We were a group of two couples and didn't always want to be together!

Perfect

Pros: Great location, big modern apartman with every comfort. Parkingplace, 2 bathroom, nice view, near to the restaurants. We left some personal staff in the apartman, and the owner organise to send it back by post to Hungary, it was really kind.

Cons: Everything was good.

It was perfect, we had a great time in Maderia.

Pros: Big and clean rooms. Location of the apartment was very good. It has a large parking space for 2 cars. The balcony was excellent.

Ideal stay at the best price

Pros: Everything was like in the descriptions an photos. It is the perfect location for driving around the island every day cause you are in the city center (10 min walk maximum from everything) but not where the traffic is and the possibility to park the car inside is great. Most importantly, The host was always nice and ready to accommodate our needs.

Прекрасные апартаменты в тихом месте

Pros: Прекрасное расположение апартаментов. Центр города в шаговой доступности. Терраса с видом на океан. В апартаментах светло и уютно, было идеально чисто. Кухня полностью укомплектована, имеется постирочная зона.

Cons: Не хватило одеял. Нас было 4 человека, одеяла всего 2. На просьбу предоставить дополнительно одеяла, так никто и не отреагировал

Pros: Вид с балкона потрясающий. Парковка для автомобиля.

Cons: Не было элементарного чайника, не работала духовка. Полотенца воняли, вместо одеял были пледы не первой свежести, пришлось сразу все стирать. В квартире нету кондиционеров, а открыть окна ночью невозможно из-за постоянного шума с улицы. В конце пребывания получили от хозяина письмо с угрозами о штрафе, который он вправе списать с нашей карточки, если не уберем квартиру после себя🤷‍♀️
