Great location and space for a week in Funchal

Pros: Great location in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and a fantastic use of space. We liked the little roof terrace.

Cons: Some of the facilities were a little tired and worn.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Check in and check out were easy.

Cons: Our stay was great but there is a bit of noise from the street until.about midnight most nights as the location is so central. We did not mind though.

Pros: It is a really nice cozy place in the middle of the old town. We had restaurants right outside the property, 2 minutes away from the ocean (ocean view from the balcony as well) and all shops available just 5-10 minute walk from the place. Was perfect for our trip. Getting out to the balcony was a bit of trick, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: The property has all that you need. Coffee machine is a big plus.

Cons: There is a restaurant in front and we were able to listen all the noises till mid night.

I would stay here again

Pros: You get your own private rooftop in the heart of the old town—an amazing experience! Imagine having dinner surrounded by historical buildings, with the lively sounds of the city in the background, yet enjoying complete privacy. The host is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even offering airport pickup, which I highly recommend. The pickup service includes a short sightseeing tour during transportation, making your arrival even more special. The apartment itself is small but well-furnished, providing everything you might need—from various kitchenware to a cigar cutter. It is also impeccably clean. 10/10—highly recommended!

Very nice property!

Pros: Loved the modern decor & the small rooftop balcony.

Cons: Woke up each morning to quite a few dead flies in the bathroom and little ants around the property. Didn't bother us too much but had to be cautious with leaving food out (ants all over our bread on the first morning).

Pros: I love everything about the property, especially the coffee machine 

Cons: Absolutely nothing 

Pros: The accommodation is unbelievably central, next to all the main attractions of the town. It is clean and modern, making our stay very comfortable. Marcos was an excellent host, and accommodated all of our requests- he facilitated things we wanted to see and provided great suggestions throughout the trip.

Jederzeit wieder wenn wir dürfen !

Pros: Es war etwas sehr besonderes, in einer wunderschönen Lage . Die Strasse ist wirklich herrlich ,tolle Lokale in Fussnähe alles zu erreichen.

Cons: Es gab eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden , nur ein Hinweis das die Dachterrasse über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist , und dies nicht für jedermann ist !
