Enjoy the city center at fully equipped 2 BR 5 Min walk to beach & market

Pros: The apartment was really close to the beach, large supermarkets, and places of interest. The owner was super helpful and let us check in early and park our car in a secure parking spot (€7 per day). The apartment was easy to find and had a lovely terrace overlooking the ocean and Funchal. It was equipped with pretty much everything you might need, although we still ended up buying some items like toilet paper, garbage bags, and washing capsules.

Cons: I wish there had been more capsules for washing clothes and dishes, as well as more essentials like toilet paper and kitchen rolls, since we were staying for 8 days and ran out of things quite quickly. There was also no coffee, which had been shown in the apartment video, but that’s not a big deal. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city, but it also means it’s quite noisy throughout the day and night - so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll definitely struggle. The street where the apartment is located doesn’t have sidewalks, which made walking a bit stressful since cars pass very close by.

Pros: A charming, clean apartment in the heart of Funchal. Right around the corner is the old town, the fort, the cable car, plenty of restaurants, supermercados and of course the Atlantic. Very good communication with the landlord. Somewhere in the house a bird is whisteling a song by Ennio Morricone. Bring your earplugs because the apartment is located on a busy street. Thats the Place to be.

Cons: Feels overprized some furniture may need replacement and perhaps some fresh paint on some walls. The Pillows on the beds are pretty hard. My advise no pillow fights.

Pros: Appartement 2 chambres bien situé à proximité du centre et des restaurants. Air conditionné fonctionnel dans les chambres et pièce de séjour.

Cons: La commode située dans l'une des 2 chambres sentait le renfermé et donc inutilisable... juste dommage car tout le reste était très bien.

Excellent séjour nous avons profitez des randonnées en journée et le soir nous étions à deux pas du centre ville.

Pros: Accueil et information pour prendre possession de l’appartement parfait , il est très bien situé, bien équipé et confortable.

Cons: Le prix du parking augmente le prix de la location mais il est vraiment très pratique.

Pros: Goede locatie, verschillende restaurants en kabelbaan in 5-10 minuten lopen. Parking ook in ca. 5 minuten lopen. Ik adviseer voor vertrek parkeergarage Almirante Reis (15 eur per dag) gebruiken en niet Sao Tiago (10 eur), omdat die is wat dichterbij en je hoeft niet de berg op met koffers. Netjes apartement met alle voorzieningen. Heel vriendelijke host, alles kan via WattsApp van tevoren geregeld (wij kwamen vroeg om 10 uur en alles was al klaar voor ons).

Pros: Great location and comfortable stay. Paulo has really well kept apartment and I would definitely stay at his apartment again

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wir haben alles zu Fuß erreichen können. Nachteil, wenn man zentral leben möchte 😁, es ist nachts laut. Am sonsten sauber, alles vorhanden und unkomplizierter check in. Topp!!!!

Pros: De l9catie is top. Appartement zeer schoon en goes onderhouden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en meer.. supergoed verzorgd
