Pros: The location is perfect if you want to be not in the middle of the hassle and bustle of Funchal. It’s only a short journey away and we used taxis regularly. The property is beautiful and had nice comfortable beds. We enjoyed use of all the pools and the views are spectacular.

Cons: The property was not cleaned properly and we ended up buying cleaning products as there was none provided to clean the apartment properly. We also couldn’t use the freezer on day one as it had so much frost in that it took three days to defrost and used a hairdryer to speed it up. We told the host but they didn’t really help as they suggested leaving the door open as we already had. The boiler kept going off and into fault during our stay and we had to reset it every time we wanted hot water I.e shower or even to wash hands/dishes. Again the host was informed and we have seen previous reviews and this has not been rectified. The door handle on the toilet didn’t work and actually can off during our stay. This again has been previously reported and not fixed. The bathroom door didn’t even close as it did line up with the frame and the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. All of which had been previously reported and I think the host does not even attempt to rectify these issues. The blinds in the bedroom were very temperamental on operation. The actual place is great but needs a lot more care and attention from hosts.

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment in a lovely complex - you wont be dissapointed.

Pros: Apartment and sea view were fantastic. Location in general was great. Pools were beautiful and kids loved them, but I would note that they aren't heated, so if you aren't great with cold water, you might not get as much use of them.

Cons: Nothing really to be honest, highly recommended. Only mention that the bedroom door handles keep coming off as they can only fix them if they are aware of it.

Pros: L’emplacement de l’immeuble est top. Vue sur mer de notre appartement magnifique. 3 piscines à disposition très agréables notamment celle à débordement. Salle de sport complète pour les sportifs. L’appartement était spacieux et comprenait une chambre parentale.

Cons: Notre appartement était muni du stricte minimum. Le canapé lit peu confortable pour les enfants. À notre arrivée le ménage n’était pas fait correctement. Le chauffe eau se déconnectait tous les jours.

Condomínio fabuloso

Pros: Muito espaçoso e requintado. O condomínio é fabuloso, com lugares de estacionamento e piscinas. Tem uma varanda grande com uma vista fabulosa. A zona tem tudo perto e não fica muito longe do centro, bem servido de transportes e comércio. O anfitrião demonstrou-se disponível para ajudar.

Cons: Alguns estores não funcionam estando sempre para baixo, nomeadamente o de um dos quartos. Havia poucos toalhões de banho.

Pros: Fin beliggenhed med udsigt ud over havet. Tæt ved busstoppested og busen til lufthavnen. Stor og lys lejlighed med helt fantastisk altan til at nyde solnedgangene

Cons: Lidt larm fra vejen. Og lidt dårlig afløb ved brusekabinen.

Pros: - wspaniały widok z balkonu na ocean, - duży, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament, - parking podziemny z przypisanym miejscem, - fajna okolica.

Cons: - niedziałająca, elektryczna roleta w sypialni - brak odkurzacza, - brak serwisu sprzątającego.

Pros: Lokalita, apartman s vyhladom na more, blizko plaze, v cene dostupne bazeny a fitness, supermarket do 5 min chodze. Bolo tam cisto, k dispozicii parkovanie v garazi bez dalsich poplatkov, rezidencia strazena sbs sluzbou, na noc uzamknuta. Poloha v blizkosti hlavneho mesta. Apartman bol novy, bez zavad.

Cons: Slabsie vybavenie kuchyne - chybali niektore zakladne kuchynske potreby, chybal fen (ktory podla popisu ma byt pritomny), slabsia uroven komu ikacie s personalom.
