A lovely place to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location. Lots of nearby restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Cons: A minor comment during a 10 day stay no clean linen was provided.A couple of rugs in the lounge needed a clean.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. We were met by Ligia who took us to the apartment. The apartment is perfectly situated and the views from the balcony over the bay and marina are beautiful . The apartment is a perfect place from which to explore the area around Funchal. We visited the Monte Palace and Botanical Gardens. Completed PR6 and PR8, saw the sunrise at Pico Arieiro

What a gem!

Pros: We cannot recommend this place enough! It is spacious and has everything you might need for a beautiful time away in Madeira. The location is amazing, just overlooking the marina. The balcony is one of the best parts of the place, it was so lovely to sit out there with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. We didn't use the hot-tub while we were there, but I can imagine it's lovely to use! Carina, who messaged with us about our booking, was so organised and made checking-in and out a breeze.

We would stay again!

Pros: Fantastic location albeit over a fairly busy road although it didn’t spoil our enjoyment. The flat was very clean and nicely furnished, and the balcony very spacious. Perfect for walking everywhere. Ligia, the manager, was very helpful and answered any queries promptly.

Cons: There were a couple of areas on the exterior and interior of the actual building which need repair.

Great holiday, and the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

Pros: Perfect location, overlooking the marina and town from the extensive balcony, bakery opposite front exit, and to the right the road was full of outside and inside restaurant tables serving great food, all the way to the Old Town. To the left of the exit was a beautiful park, with a great cafe.

Cons: Nothing about the apartment or location. The only thing we didn’t like was on the Friday, an enormous cruise liner appeared for the day with about 3,000 people disembarking, filling up all the restaurants. The cable car queue was huge. No cruise ships visited at the weekend which allows the locals and others to enjoy Funchal.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with perfect location in Funchal.

Pros: Incredible apartment with views over the city. Super comfortable with everything we needed, great communication from the staff. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Cons: The only downside was that there was a lot of ants in the apartment. Although the apartment was super clean, there seemed to always be ants finding their way in.

Very clean and excellent facilities provided within the apartment, great location in Funchal.

Pros: Its the first time we have stayed in the centre of Funchal and its a great location for accessing restaurants and shops. The apartment was well kitted out and had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend enough!

Cons: The spa was a little murky and so had to look through the manuals provided onsite to clear it. I didn't find it a major problem, hence no impact on the overall stay and experience. Lets face it, having a spa in the first place is great!!!
