Pros: Excellent modern apartment with parking garage. 2nd time i have stayed there and would stay there again.

Pros: Location. Excellent condition, well equipped, nicely furnished

Cons: Pillows could have been bigger Install correct bracket for the shower head in main bathroom.

Pros: Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable apartment. Lots of small things available (dishwasher+ tablets, washing machine + tablets, salt, seasonings...) Great communication with the owner.

Cons: Some thing were missing - proper sharp knifes for cooking, drying cloth for dishes....but those are only small details.

Perfect apartment in a superb location.

Pros: Really well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The addition of a car parking space in the garage was appreciated. Great communication from our host. We lived everything about our stay 🫶

Pros: We have stayed b4 and it's one of our favourite places, clean, spacious, nice smart TV and excellent position between Funchal Town and the Lido, right opposite the Savoy. If you want to travel further afield it's on excellent bus routes.

Cons: Last time we stayed there was no soap products in either of the two bathrooms ehich I mentioned in my previous review. I was pleased when I saw two soap dispensers fitted to each shower.....less pleased to find theyvwere bothe empty The pillows are terrible

Pros: Lovely and comfy apartment. My friend and I felt very at home. Had everything we needed. Cery easy to get the keys and access wifi. 10 min downhill walk to the centre of Funchal. Small shop and several places to eat in the same block.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located for a pleasant stay

Pros: Spacious and beautifully furnished, clean, location (we didn’t hav to use the car, garage, very good communication with owner

Cons: We were very happy with the apartment. The only suggestion we have is possibly to provide some basic products like toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo, bin bags.That would help when arriving late with no time for shopping. There is a convenience store just on the ground floor of the building but it is very expensive. Apart from this we can’t say anything negative and when there where a couple of things we needed to ask for we for immediate response from the owner

Pros: The property was in a very nice location,close to the two center, shops and the oceanside. The host was very professional and quick responsive. The property was very clean and spacious and equipped with everything necessary.

Pros: The location is perfect cantered between the Lido area and the Old Town and is in an area of higher quality restaurants if you are prepared to leave the main road and explore. The airport bus stops directly next to the apartment entrance (stop 11). Patricia, the apartments very efficient contact is great. We had a small issue with a tap in one of the shower rooms and a plumber was there within half an hour to assess the problem and returned the same morning to effect the repair. The equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer are all just what you want in a two/three week stay with one small exception mentioned below.

Cons: There’s only two very small drawbacks. There are in fact three balconies which is great, but the front (main balcony) is very traffic noisy with the bus stop directly below. As Madeira in general and Funchal in particular has a great bus service this leads to quite a noise when relaxing out there. The very effective double glazing largely eradicates this however. The large(ish) rear balcony is much more peaceful. As mentioned above the equipment is good but please can we have a full size ironing board to go with the washing machine!

Pros: The apartment was within walking distance Funchal but there was a bus stop outside. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: The main road was noisy but the double glazing kept the noise out.pl
