We would recommend the apartment to our friends if they go to Funchal.

Pros: Amazing large fully equipped apartment close to the beach Praia Formosa or bathing in Doca Cavacas within a hotel area in Funchal. Many restaurants nearby, big shopping center in comfortable walking distance . Parking place for free inside the building. Calm area. Beautiful seeview on Praia Formosa and sunsets from balcony. Equipped kitchen. 4 km walking to the city center or bus stop just in front of the apartment building.

Cons: No air condition - just a note, because we didn´t mind- even in August we could ventilate and cool whole apartment thanks to balconies and blinds. Sometimes we could smell the smell from the sink. It could be a construction defect but cover from a dishwashing sponge prior we left for a trip helped us.

Pros: wonderful apartment. very nicely furnished, in a great location, near the beach, the view from the windows is super to the ocean. Very well equipped, everything you need, crockery, tools and so on.

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect, we were very surprise with nice and new furnithing. The apartment is big and it has got good position - near beach and restaurant, but in quiet part of town. The owner is very friendly and every our questions answers immediately.

Pros: Arrival: Easy to find with car(or bus from airport) and possibility to park just below the staircase of the block. Rooms and kitchen: comfortable, clean, nice beds, fully prepared. Living room: With a modern-smart TV and sofa. Big balcony to enjoy the excellent view of the bay. Sorrundings: Shopping center, supermarket and very nice restaurants(local, italian,mexican, seafood) in the neighbourhood. Prepare swimming shoes ,if you want to enjoy the long Formosa beach (rocky), however you can pay(about 5 €) to enter a site with crater pools ,wich is safer. Full support!

Pros: Duże przestronne mieszkanie, lokalizacja, widok na ocean, wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka.

Cons: Zapach z rur, regulacja temperatury wody w prysznicu, mały prysznic. Spotkane dwa karaluchy.

Pros: Apartamento impecável, espaçoso, confortável, tranquilo, bonito, vista para o oceano e encostas da ilha, com praticamente tudo que é necessário para se fazer o dia a dia como se estivéssemos em casa, bem localizado para se sair para qualquer lado da ilha. Sem dúvida uma escolha que não trará qualquer arrependimento.

Cons: Não me lembro de nada que não tenha gostado
