Pros: The best view for sunset and sunrise, near the beach and forum centre. With reserved parking place

Would recommend the apartment to others.

Pros: Well equipped, clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Good to have use of a washing machine.

Cons: There was a smell of cooking entering the kitchen from next door. Possibly through the extractor fan unit, which did not work in our apartment. but must be connected to next doors through a shared ducting system.

Great apartment with a great service.

Pros: The view from the balcony was great. The host was very helpful and available. The apartment was well equipment and comfortable.

Cons: Everything was perfect. It is easier to have a smaller car when using the parking (but it is the case for almost every indoor parking in Madeira). The passages for cars are narrow and you have to be careful when parking. We have a SUV and it was a bit a challenge to park.

Pros: The location is great, the ocean view from the balcony is awesome (although the sea view from the bedroom is restricted by the blinds, which was a little disappointing). The underground parking is a must in this part of the city.

Cons: There were a few minor problems with the apartment but they were addressed very quickly by the hosts. There is rennovation going on in one of the sections of the building (as of July 2024), and the noice may bother a little bit at day time. The notoriгos pillars in the parking may indeed be challenging for bigger cars; with a small car you just need to focus a little bit for a few moments. The parking process itself was quite easy.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, w niedalekiej odległości duże centum handlowe. Cudowne zachody słońca i relaksujący widok z balkonu apartamentu.

Gerne wieder, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Pros: Das Appartement wie auch das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht entspricht tatsächlich den Fotos auf Booking, einfach toll. Wunderschöner Balkon um Frühstück oder einen Abenddrink zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet, WM, GS, Bügeleisen, alles da und funktioniert sogar. Ausserdem ist es ruhig, wir wurden in den zwei Wochen in der Nacht nie gestört. Sehr zentral, das Einkaufszentrum Forum und diverse gute Restaurants sind praktisch um die Ecke, das Touristikzentrum und die Altstadt sind auch zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.

Cons: Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Bei Temperaturen über 28° wirds ziemlich warm, das muss man sich bewusst sein. Immerhin hat es einen Ventilator. Die Rampe in die Tiefgarage ist ein Monument des Versagens des gestaltenden Architekten. Die Durchfahrt zwischen den Säulen ist extrem eng. Alles was grösser ist als ein Renault Clio braucht für die Durchfahrt einen Copiloten, Nerven aus Stahl und eine Allrisk Vollkasko...zum Glück gibts vor dem Haus Parkplätze für die Mieter.

Pros: Чудові просторі апартаменти з усім необхідним. Неймовірний вигляд з вікна. Дуже просторі. Для гостей присутнє безкоштовне паркомісце з підземного паркінгу (дуже зручно, що можна добратись ліфтом з поверху апартаментів). В квартирі було присутнє усе необхідне для тривалого проживання - пральна машинка, посудомийка, газова плита, набір посуду, праска. Ідеальний супершвидкісний Wi-Fi. Усі меблі нові - тобто в дуже хорошому стані. Особливо сподобалась можливість безконтактного заселення - ми прибули пізно з аеропорта, але завдяки хорошій відеоінструкції від персоналу ми змогли заселитись без зустрічі з ними. В житлового комплексу хороше розташування, поруч (3 хв пішки) невеличкий супермаркет, а трішки далі (10 хв пішки) - великий торговий центр Forum Madeira.
