Lovely accommodation in a perfect location, super helpful host - thank you Jose!

Pros: The location is perfect, beautiful beach path and lovely restaurants so close. The apartment was ideal for a family of 3, and Jose was super helpful, waiting for us when we were delayed, arranging a car for us and ensuring we got to the airport too! We walked to Funchal one day, enjoyed the beach path and the tunnel to the beach bar most days, and also explored the island including waterpark, mountains, skywalk, cable cars and parks. Loved Madeira, superb accommodation, thank you, I hope we will be back.

Cons: It might be handy to know there is no air con and the neighbours are not always quiet! This didn't bother us really, and the plus points were way more.

Pros: Great location. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Underground parking. Nice terrace. Owner host us in superior way.

Un séjour très agréable avec des hôtes très accueillants

Pros: L'appartement était très spacieux. L'espace extérieur permettait d'avoir une vue mer qui était agréable. La place de parking est une vraie plus value. Jolie balade sur le front de mer + accès place.

Cons: Un peu loin à pied du centre ville de funchal mais la balade est très jolie. Un peu plus de couvert serait nécessaire pour être plus confortable.

Très bel appartement avec un cadre et une situation parfaite

Pros: José nous attendait à notre arrivée pour nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir :-) Plusieurs jeux de clés sont disponibles, ce qui est pratique quand vous êtes plusieurs à faire des activités différentes ! Le parking souterrain avec place de stationnement dédiée est très pratique ! La cuisine est plus que complète ! L'appartement est très spacieux ! José est très réactif, nous avons eu besoin de lui à un moment, et il est arrivé très vite ! Le check-out se fait très facilement. L'endroit est très bien situé pour sillonner l'île et le cadre avec coucher de soleil de l'autre côté de la rue sur l'océan est juste parfait !

Cons: La voisine du dessus qui était à certains moments très bruyante

Boas acomodações

Pros: Gostamos muito do local, muito próximo do nosso escritório. Os brindes de boas vindas. Eram de muito boa qualidade. A cama bem confortável. Sem mosquitos. E com lugar de estacionamento.

Cons: Aquando da construção do prédio, não foi pensado o isolamento/ insonorização entre apartamentos. E acordamos todas as noite com a vizinha aos berros. O que foi bem desagradável. Sobre o apartamento, e a sua gerência nada a pontar . Tudo impecável.

Pros: Perfekte Lage. Man erreicht richtig tolle Restaurants fußläufig. Blickt toll auf das Meer und die Promenade bietet eine klasse Laufrunde direkt vor der Tür. Busverbindung ist ebenso hervorragend. Ganz besonderen Dank gilt José, der uns nachts nett in Empfang nahm und jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Mietwagebenabwicklung war fair und unkompliziert, so dass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten.

Cons: Die Klimaanlage fehlte was dazu führt dass wir die Balkontür oft geschlossen hatten damit die Wohnung nicht aufheizt. Dadurch fehlte Tageslicht und die Wohnung war etwas dunkel.

Cons: Шумно от транспорта ( дорога совсем близко).

Pros: Pohodlný a výborně vybavený apartmán. Milý dárek na uvitanou. Vše proběhlo bez problémů.
