It fitted my requirements nicely. I would stay there again

Pros: It was well equipped, clean and easy to work everything

Cons: Noise of nearby building works during the day. Easily solved by going out!

Really lovely location and very nice apartment.

Pros: Location was great. Nice apartment with lovely pool. Spacious and comfortable with everything there we needed. Great sea views.

Cons: Sadly the buildings being built will block the sea views. Was a little noisy but we expected that and only during day.

Pros: Susana is amazing. She met us at midnight when we arrived from our flight and was available for queries if we needed her. She also arranged late check out for us. She could not be more helpful. The location is lovely. Little shop and restaurant just down stairs. And a bigger shopping centre just down the road. No need for a car. The park beside is worth checking out. It’s lovely. There was a lot of noise from the building site but we knew that when we booked. That’s the only downside.

Good apartment with good location

Pros: All worked good with the host, so helpful! Apartment good, has amenities needed and good location!

Cons: Location is perfect but comes with downside of the noises from the street. But that's all over Funchal and you get used to it quite fast!

Pros: Lovely and spacious, great underground parking , close to shopping centre and supermarket, needs a new sofa as it's shedding a bit !! Susanna was lovely and waited up for us as we had a very late flight in .

Amazing stay. Thank you

Pros: Lots of space, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Location was also very good as not too far from center of Funchal. Susana was lovely and gave us a very nice welcome and smooth check in.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like the apartment was amazing! One small thing would be somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom after having a shower.

perfect.

Pros: I love the apparent and the location. Everything it’s in a well condition and for the first time I saw a property with the AC unit working properly. Well done for the owner not trying to cut corners and save money. Definitely I would be back. And to be 100% honest by far the best property I ever been. Susana was the best host I ever dealt with. Extremely polite. Very very professional and helpful me so much with my stay. I arrive late and she did a extra effort to wait for us. Also have a issue with internet and she solved in lest than 10 minutes. Thank you Susana.

Cons: Nothing to say. Honestly. Maybe the noise from cars speeding below at night but this it’s something no one can control or know how it will be.
