Pros: Easy to access extremely helpful management team, great location very clean and had everything you could need for a self catering stay.

Cons: We loved it all!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious, exactly as shown in the photos. The pool was great and very well maintained. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which made it a comfortable place for remote work. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like dishwasher tablets and a few laundry capsules. Each person had three towels, including beach towels, which was very convenient. The location is excellent - close to a Pingo Doce supermarket and a perfect base for exploring the whole island of Madeira. Highly recommended

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Location was great, pool area was close by and very clean.

Cons: Nothing that the host could do but I probably wouldn't visit the area with kids again as personally we didn't find it particularly well suited to children.

Pros: Apartment is wonderfull, pool is perfect, location best

Pros: spacious, clean apartment located close to everything you could want. free parking in the garage. close to Funchal but also a great spot to explore the rest of the island. friendly host and easy contact.

Cons: very minor but the boiler would sometimes shut off and had to be restarted which meant you had to wait for hot water. and given the temperatures it would have been nice to have aircon in the bedrooms.

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment - recommended

Pros: Really lovely apartment - very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. We had a fantastic stay! The communal pool area is also a nice place to relax and swim at the end of a busy day sight seeing. Communication with the host was excellent - we didn't have any problems but I'm sure these would have been dealt with well if we had. The apartment block feels safe and secure and was quiet. We had a brilliant week and there is loads to do in Madeira - we booked several trips with Lido tours who were also fantastic. We would love to come back to Madeira and would be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

Cons: The location of the apartment is a little way out of central Funchal. That said, this made it quieter and we liked being very close to a big supermarket and the shopping centre. The bus in is 1.95 euros per person and taxis are plentiful and cost around 8 euros. So it is easy to get into the centre when you want to.

Pros: Location, Next to Park and quiet, but also near buses, beaches, Cafe's, Forum. Immediate responses to any questions, and v well kept and cleaned. V good equipment like Oven, Big Fridge Freezer.. Wash machine (clothes and dishes)

Cons: A couple of things did not seem to get fixed despite many visits my electric team.. Water Heater.. TV picking up internet (but i found trick for that).. did not spoil holiday and only minor inconvenience knowing how to reset it from Error code

Superb accommodation

Pros: Location. Quiet. Everything 2 ladies needed. Close to shops and good bus routes.

Pros: Nice spacious apartment with everything needed. Large balcony, good location - not far from the beach. Nice pool. We were also provided with a parking slot which was very helpful as there are problems with free parking places on the island.

Cons: Boiler didn't worked when we arrived. Upon communication with the host, we managed to turn it on however it tool too long to heat the water.
