Pros: Good location. Reaching it on foot from the city center is challenging, as it involves climbing a steep hill. Comfortable, wide bed. Fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available. There is a café next door, open from 7:00 a.m., where you can have breakfast. Free parking is available next to the apartments.

Very cozy and nice flat, close to the centre
Pros: Very nice and comfortable flat in a great location. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The flat was super clean and had all that I could need. The area is residential and very quiet. Within a 10 min walk, I was in the centre of Funchal. If you don't have a car, be aware that the street is very, VERY steep, and one part of it even made my knees cry. But there's a nice detour that allows you to avoid that part of the street, all while enjoying beautiful hibiscus hedges in the neighbourhood.
Cons: The walls are basically made of paper. After a couple of days, new guests arrived in a flat on the ground floor. They were extremely loud, sometimes even shouting, also in the evening and while in their terrace (just outside of my bedroom's window). They also were doing laundry daily and keeping occupied both drying racks, so I couldn't do laundry for myself... This isn't the property's fault, but maybe you could remind people more precisely how to respect the other guests.

Very restful, exceeded my expectations.
Pros: The property was very clean and spacious. It was advertised and no surprises on site. Beforehand Fabio was very communicative providing clear instructions for check in and additional recommendations.

A great place in a lovely town.
Pros: This is a really wonderful place. It is spotlessly clean and well laid out. It is spacious and has everything you could need. We stayed in quite a few places in Madeira and this was by far the best. It's in a good location - quiet but not far from the old town centre and it has a good view.

Muy acogedor, aparcamiento en la puerta y se puede ir caminando al centro.
Pros: Ubicación muy buena, se puede aparcar perfectamente, lo que es un +10 en Funchal y bajar al centro es un paseo. Apartamento muy completo y acogedor. Si vuelvo a Madeira repito aquí seguro.
Cons: Por poner algun pero, no había gel de ducha ni servilletas.

Rundum sorglos Paket mit top Lage!
Pros: Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber und auf Glanz geputzt! Super Ausstattung an Geschirr und eine moderne aber dezente Einrichtung. Unkomplizierter Check-out, es wurde sich um alles gekümmert (Putzen, Bett abziehen, Müll).
Cons: Info für die Müll Entsorgung um eventuelle Kakerlaken (typisch für Portugal) möglichst zu vermeiden, wäre noch super gewesen.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo e pulito, con tutto il necessario, parcheggio sotto casa, comodo per girare Funchal a piedi!
Cons: Uno dei due cuscini del letto era terribile, piatto e inconsistente...purtroppo a turno abbiamo cercato di dormirci ma diciamo che il sonno è stato abbastanza disturbato per questo..

Très bon séjour
Pros: Appartement confortable, propre et bien équipé. Le stationnement gratuit dans la rue a été possible tous les jours proche de l’appartement. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied si la forme physique permet de remonter la côte.
Cons: Peu d’isolation phonique entre les différents logements : le bruit dépendra des voisins présents ou non et de leurs habitudes. Attention, l’appartement est sous le toit donc beaucoup de plafonds en pente, ce n’est peut-être pas adapté pour les personnes avec une grande taille.
