Roraima House - Private Pool & Garden

Excellent house and host!

Pros: Very friendly welcome from host Bruno. He gave us a house tour and explained everything. There were home made cookies, cake, eggs en wine for us. He responded quickly when we had a question, easy contact by app. Lovely house, beautiful view. Location great to explore most of Madeira. The house is a bit higher on the mountain, lovely breeze in summer, and also important: not too high, below the clouds! Big terrace and inside enough room for a family. New parking facility: opposite the house is a big space for this and 1 other holiday house with a gate, perfect.

Cons: Nothing important really, only a shame that the only toilet is inside the bathroom, but thats a common issue in holiday homes. Be aware that the road to the house ( and parking) is narrow and steep. But thats a common thing on Madeira on the whole island.

Fantastic

Pros: This was our second stay at an accommodation owned by Bruno. In this accommodation we had a lovely heated pool! We also enjoy the delicious homemade cookies, organic eggs and spiced rum that was given as a welcome gift.

We will rent it again

Pros: Bruno the maintainer of this property was always there when we need something and his suggestions where helpfull...Despite our late arrival, he welcomed us warmly (very special thanks go to Bruno). He provided us with his excellent organic eggs and avocados... We had a pleasant stay in a nice and well equipped house...We enjoyed the saltwater poll and the additional pool heating (for a fee) was very much appreciated at a late hours...We were also lucky enough to get to know the owners (P.S.: Thanks for the hostess gift) so we would love to come back...

Cons: There is only air conditioning in the two bedrooms, the window in the kitchen was also opened to ventilate the living room, which unfortunately attracted the mosquitoes at night...Unfortunately we couldn't use the actual parking space for the vehicle, which was due to the width of the vehicle (bit more than 2m), even with the mirrors folded...it should be parked backwards and the house is on a slope...

All you need for a family vacation in one place!

Pros: It is a very comfortable, clean, stylish place. Everything you need is there. The beds and pillows are super comfy, which is a great bonus when on holidays.

Cons: NA, the house is great!

Pros: La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Bruno, l'hôte, est disponible et de bon conseil. Il nous accueille avec le sourire et des présents faits maison. Il y a un parking sécurisé pour garer la voiture.

Apartment in Top-Lage mit eigenem Pool und Parkplatz - geschmackvoll eingerichtet - tolle Aussicht

Pros: Eine Top-Unterkunft in erhöhter Lage mit Pool. Liebevoll, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles was nötig ist ist vorhanden. Sämtliche Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Grillplatz usw. - alles perfekt. Das gesamte Apartment hat uns alleine gehört. Man ist völlig ungestört. Ein abgesperrter Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Keine störenden Nachbarn und in absoluter Ruhelage. Grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und Caletha, Gastgeber Bruno hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt und uns bereits vorab umfassend informiert. Das Roraima-House ist sicherlich eine der besten Unterkünfte in Madeira! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist recht eng und steil, aber damit muss man sich in Madeira sowieso abfinden....

Perfekter Aufenthalt auf Madeira

Pros: Der außergewöhnliche herzliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber Bruno! Man bekam ein paar hausgemachte Leckereien überreicht. Auch war er während unserem Aufenthalt immer erreichbar, und erkundigte sich auch immer ob alles in Ordnung war. Wir fühlten uns während diese Woche so richtig heimisch, und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt bei Bruno😃

Très bon séjour sur les hauteurs de calheta

Pros: Maison moderne très sympa, propre et bien équipée (un peu plus de couverts et mugs peut être pour 4 personnes pour éviter de faire tourner le lave vaisselle tous les jours) Accueil exceptionnel de Bruno qui a été aux petits soins pour nous durant tout le séjour et nous a déposé des petits cadeaux et des petites choses qui manquaient .. merci a lui !!! très bonne literie pour la chambre aux deux lits doubles, lit double pour la seconde chambre pas si large que nous le pensions et moins ferme. Piscine et vue sur la mer très agréable... Qui peut être chauffée a 27 degres heureusement contre surcoût car début novembre la météo est un peu capricieuse et alterne entre pluies nuages et soleil

Cons: Il faut savoir que face à la maison il y a deux maisons en construction dont le gros œuvre est terminé ... les ouvriers sont sur place dès 8h mais ils ne sont pas très bruyants. Le parking est réservé aux propriétaires qui habitent la maison contingue.. et il faut se garer sur le côté de la maison qui demande un peu d effort pour y arriver et surtout une voiture de taille assez petite sinon cela ne passe pas...et impossible de se garer dans la ruelle. Il faut se garer en contre bas a 150 m sur la rue principale a ses risques et périls. Une voiture marque C3 passait tout juste.

Pros: Wir wurden von Bruno mit ein paar Spezialitäten von Madeira herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns die Unterkunft und den Außenbereich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war Bruno jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und versorgte uns mit hilfreichen Tipps. Er reagierte immer sehr schnell, so dass wir nie lange auf eine Antwort warten mussten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem, keine durchgelegenen Matratzen. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Grill, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm, eine Dusche und ein absolutes Plus an warmen Tagen der Pool. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Nicht nur die Unterkunft war top, sondern auch Madeira ist traumhaft schön. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bruno!!!
