Loved the apartment and location.

Pros: Everything! Apartment was lovely, spacious and modern. Had everything we needed. Excellent views of the sunset over sea and mountains. A large supermarket, bakery and a range of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Bus stops close by too. Walking distance to coast good too.

Cons: There was nothing not to like about the apartment or location. Only comment (not a criticism) that some might want to be aware of if they don’t like walking hills is that it is a descent to walk to the beach and an ascent back up to the apartment but this is a typical landscape for most of Madeira.

Pros: Spacious, bright, clean premises. Everything you need for a week's or even longer stay. Spectacular view from the window, big balcony. Although it was about an hour's walk from Funchal centre, there is a good local bus connection. Also the bus from and to the airport is passing by. And there is an underground parking place available! Local supermarket in 5 minutes walk, and a good choice of restaurants near by; some of them really good price and quality. And last but not least, a very nice beach, Praia Formosa in a walking distance.

Iconic view and a lot of room.

Pros: Very friendly owner, we surely try to book with one of his apartments in the future while we come to madeira, because we surely will. We were able to learn a lot about how to manouver around the island and neighbourhood. His advices helped us to kickstart our journey.

Pros: The apartment was great for our holidays. We've spent there 10 days. It's really good equipped and has everything you need for a short and long term stay. The location is perfect: in quiet area, perfect for relaxing, although sometimes you may hear the cars sound, it's close to the supermarket (5min) and walking distance (10-15 min) to the beach and promenade. We've really enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the terrace. The host Jaime was very helpful and welcoming 🙂

Pros: The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean, mountains, and towns. It is very cozy, and comfortable with large balcony, new modern furniture and a kitchen. The location is near public transport, renting cars, supermarkets, and restaurants. The owner was hospitality and provide high service for us. I totally recommend it to couples.

I had a magnificent stay and Jaime was the perfect host with his family. Will come back soon.

Pros: The flat is in perfect condition, super renovated and everything is there what you need also for a longer stay. The interior is high standard. You will sleep well and entertainment is very good. The balcony and the view is marvelous and dining in the sundown is really good. Jaime is a reliable host and you will have a perfect time with him and his family. Nevertheless go there and enjoy. I will return soon.

Cons: Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain.
