Local agradável e apartamento de dimensões generosas.

Pros: Gostei muito do apartamento, boas áreas, quartos bons e bem apetrechado de mobílias, cuidado e bem equipado de eletrodomésticos. Prédio relativamente novo e em zona desafogada.

Cons: Receção da chave (e porque chegámos fora de horas, por atraso no voo) em um cofre para chaves, no escritório da empresa, só que longe do apartamento. (se fosse no edifício, parecia-me mais correto) Pouca loiça, eramos seis ocupantes e apesar de termos feito poucas refeições no apartamento (apenas três) em uma semana, havia itens como canecas e copos de vidro que não chegavam para todos.

Pros: Krasny velky apartman s 3 spalnami, kupelnami a balkonmi. Velka kuchyna a obyvacka s jedalnym stolom. Velka terasa so sedenim a garazove parkovanie. Ciste dobre zariadene v kazdej izbe klimatizacia. K tomu v cene k dispozicii bazen s virivkou.

Cons: V apartmane s tym problem nebol ale pravdepodobne v lokalite boli premnozene svaby. My sme si v byte nasli len jedneho.

Pros: Limpeza, localização (10mins do centro do Funchal)

Cons: Não ter chave para entrar no edifício, o que obriga a entrar sempre pela garagem. Também não existe chave para depositar o lixo na casa do lixo no piso -1.
