Pros: Easy and fast communication, responsivenes of host. Apartment is wide, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroons, fully equiped kichen( even some tea, coffee, sugar) with wahing mashine and dishwashing mashine. All as in pictures. Qualitative bedding and comfortable beds&pillows. 2 balconies- one for sports on view to yard, other- for chilling with view to ocean. Larger and smaller shops and groceries nearby, cafes& restorans for some meal or drink. Closed parking for car without additional fee. And we had so tasty Christmas present on arrival as we came on 24th December.
Cons: If it is strong windy you can hear wind blowing in staircases.

Pros: Great apartment. Location is perfect - in walking distance to the beach, with good pizzeria, great backery and small shop in the same building and close enough to Forum. Also it's much quiter comparing to the center of Funcal and at the same time it's easy to reach center by bus (bus stop is nearby). Aparment itself is great too - beds are very comfortable and apartment is equiped with anything you need for stay. Definitely recommend it for everyone

Great place to stay
Pros: The place was nice, spacious, clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything you need. Private parking under the building. A nice gesture - the hostess left us cookies and a bottle of wine. The balcony of the living room had a great view of the ocean. On the first floor of the building there is a pizzeria - Pizzaria Antica Roma, which prepares delicious pizzas and desserts. Good WiFi connection. Very comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Cons: The microwave oven had a too short cord - to work it had to be moved closer to the socket. A bedside table and a small table lamp would also be useful for the second bed in the second bedroom.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in this spacious 89 m² apartment! Located on the 5th floor above Pizzeria Antica, it’s perfectly positioned with stunning sea views from one of the two balconies, where we enjoyed many relaxing moments. The apartment is well laid out, with comfortable rooms and excellent quality towels, bed linen, comfortable beds and pillows. Daniel, our host, was fantastic—always helpful and full of great tips for nearby food spots and local conveniences, which made our stay even smoother. Parking was easy, with a designated space right below the building, and groceries were no trouble either, thanks to the small supermarket in the building and a larger supermarket (Continente) just a short walk away. Overall, this apartment was perfect for an independent stay, with every detail thought out.
Cons: Only a minor issue: a better knife for food preparation could have been provided.

Pros: Nice apartment in nice area. Apartment has good layout, two separate bedrooms, two balconies, two bathrooms, separate kitchen and livingroom. It has all basics for life (towels, washingmaschine etc). Close to beach and many cafe and supermarket options nearby.
Cons: No self-check-in/out option so you have to plan you arrival on fixed time.

Pros: Well equipped apartment with balcony and see view in an excellent location with walking distance to supermarkets, fantastic restaurants, natural swimming pool as well as hop on - hop off bus. WLAN and parking lot are also available. Madeira shopping center as well as Funchal downtown very close.
Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Nice and big apartment. Nice view, not far from restaurants and food store. Bus stop to the centre not far from the apartment. Good indoor parking.
Cons: Just a small thing - missing hairdryer.

Összességében tetszett. A negatívomon is át lehet lendülni.
Pros: Gyönyörű kilátás. Volt sajàt parkolója. Jó konyha, erkély, közösségi terek. 2 fürdőszoba is nagyon jól jött.
Cons: A nem tengerre néző szoba sajnos olyan pici, hogy nehezen közlekedhető. Nem lehet a szekrénybe betenni a ruhákat, mert az ágytól nem lehet kinyitni. Ott tartózkodásunk során székekre, földre pakoltunk. Végére már kicsit bosszantó volt, hogy nem láttuk át a ruháinkat. Ez sem nagy probléma egyébként ha csak aludni jársz a szállásra.
