Bellemar Apartment by Homie

Clean, quiet and a very nice view

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just like in the photos. We had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was easy and quick. A big plus was the included parking – very convenient. Thank you!

Amazing stay with a gorgeous view, which makes you really feel at home. Greatly equipped apartment with a parking slot u

Pros: Well equipped, great location, parking spot, many stores and amenities around. Friendly staff.

Cons: Dogs of the neighbor on the floor below (but it’s not the fault of the property). No real air conditioning.

Amazing view

Pros: Everything was perfect, especially the view. We will definitely return.

Pros: It was very clean, we had all the facilities. Good location. Everything was perfect☺️

Pros: The apartment is great. Really good value for money. Clean. All you need is there in terms of kitchen stuff. Good TV. Not hot.

Cons: 1. Mosquitoes are really aggressive (I suggest to management consider this point and provide some protection solution). 2. Bed could be a bit bigger (for two persons). 3. There are neighbors from russia at lower floor - they were screaming, fighting and drink alcohol every day we were there.

We wanted to experience Funchal and Madeira as local people do and were able to do so in comfort and quiet.

Pros: It is a comfortable space with lots of room for two and all of the facilities that we require. It allowed us to live independently while being tourists in this fascinating island. The location is near an excellent beach and provides access to swimming and a boardwalk to Câmara de Lobos. The bus service is frequent and fast to get into Funchal downtown, which means access to all of the interesting places and activities of downtown in a quieter area. Locally there is excellent shopping and several restaurants are nearby.

Cons: It has limited recreational facilities in the building, which is not unexpected as it is essentially a residential development.

Wonderful stay with great location close to everything

Pros: Very spacious, clean, great location, easy access to everything, close to the beach, great views, everything you would need was there (e.g. wine opener, seasoning)

Cons: Full body mirror was missing, small/narrow parking space (only sufficient for a small car)
