Pros: The first thing me and my family noticed is how clean the apartment was when we arrived, there was everything required for a comfortable stay. And since we were staying during holidays, when we arrived a Christmas present was waiting for us. That was very special and made us truly feel like home. The apartment is so spacious and light and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It's located literally 3 mins away from the nearest grocery shop, so it was very convenient too. And then another present for the New Years arrived, we sort of felt like we were staying at friends house not a rented apartment☺ Big thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome during Christmas and New Years holidays, it made our time in Madeira so much more magical.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The place is great – very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is also fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the ocean, with everything we needed nearby. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. We were very happy with everything. The only small issue we had was with the parking keys, but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this place – thank you for a great experience!

It’s great for that amount of money
Pros: There is a parking lot, the flat is big with 2 separate bathrooms, washing room and everything necessary for the stay, a really nice terrace as well
Cons: The hot water comes and goes, so sometimes you have to wait for minutes for it to come back, which is really not comfortable when taking a shower

Great apartment for friends and families
Pros: Really nice view on the ocean and good accessability with busses. Location is really great. The apartment's living room and terrasse was very nice for game nights and relaxed evenings. The washing machine was also very helpful.
Cons: The oven was unfortunately not working.

It would be „Exceptional“ if there was an air conditioner at least in the living room. :)
Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet and safe place. It is not in the center, but it is in Funchalo and if you have a car you can easily reach all the places you need. There is also a safe space for parking the car. The apartment is wide and spacious. The rooms are not small and are comfortable for entertaining (like the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living room and the kitchen). It had all the necessary tools that you may need starting from kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board, television in the living room, hair dryer, fans and so on. The apartment was clean. It had a nice ambience to live in. Two couples or a company of 4 people can be acommodated good. For more than 4, someone would need to sleep in the living room and the comfort offered by the apartment would be destroyed. The apartment had amenities and two large balconies. The balcony in the living room overlooks the ocean and is a comfortable place to sit.
Cons: My only gripe during my stay was that there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. It may not be necessary to have air conditioning in all rooms, but at least in the living room it is necessary to achieve some balance in the whole apartment when the weather is very hot.

Nice place to stay
Pros: The host was very nice, we arrived earlier than expected and he come to check us is in about 10 minutes. The apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a chicken. I would say it is a suitable place for 2 couples or a family with kids, The location was nice, close to the sea, you could see the sun rising from the balcony. Near by there was a bar, a restaurant and some small shops. On the walking distance there were restaurant and and the beach.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment in a pleasant area, easily accessible by bus / car. Free underground parking.
Cons: The bathtrooms should be renovated and would be nice to have some good quality toileters.

Pros: Апартамента е чудесен. Просторно, чисто, леглата са удобни. Двете бани също са предимство.
Cons: Кой би си стоял вкъщи да търси проблеми, при тези красоти из острова? :) Препоръчвам наем на кола за разглеждане на Мадейра.
