Pros: We really liked the accommodation, it was easy to get in, then parking, the receptionist (Horácio) was sensational, otherwise a very well-located apartment, easy to access, you can't even hear your neighbors, everything you need is there, well-equipped, an excellent choice for 4-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom and room are clean. Good and fast communication with Lovely Stay. Only the double bed in the living room was too soft for us, but we could sleep on it because you get really tired when you visit Madeira. It's not very cheap, but you have to consider what's worth it to whom. I think it's worth it.

Pros: The apartment is large and well equipped, comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you need. Amazing view from the balcony.

Cons: there is a problem with the gas boiler. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The owner takes a very long time to respond to our requests.

Retired couple

Pros: Situation was great for our wolkings. View was great from the balcony. Sunny pool.

Cons: A little facelift could rise the ranking. Chance the broken powersockets, light bulps and open the sewer in barhroom.

Perfect location, free parking

Pros: The location is perfect, only few meters from the sea. There are paid parking zones in the neighborhood, so free parking in the area is really a big advantage. There is also a pool in the garden and there were always only few people inside. Kitchen is furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer and coffee maker.

Cons: Missing air condition, you can live there without it, but if you have opened windows during the night, street is quite noisy.

Excelente lugar y muy bien ubicado

Pros: Excelente lugar, muy bien ubicado para todo, un centro comercial justo enfrente, conexión con el aeropuerto por autovía, un lugar estratégico para visitar madeira, para aquellos que le gusta estar dentro de la ciudad, pero igualmente fuera es el lugar ideal

Cons: Me dedico a La cerrajería y la cerradura de la puerta puede dar problema, ha alguien que no entienda, la cerradura cuesta abrir , al igual que cerrar, otro cosa dejaria mas papel higienico en el baño

Нарне розташування апартаментів з гарним видом на океан.

Pros: Дуже зручне розташування поруч торгівельний центр багато добрих ресторанів. Поруч з будинком автобусна зупинка до центру 5 хвилин на автобусі.на території будинку безкоштовна парковка що є дуже зручним і не треба кожного дня шукати де припаркувати авто. В помешканні є абсолютно все для комфортного проживання. Відчували себе як вдома.

Good for retired couple

Pros: Easy situation for walkings and bustrips Good clean and sunny pool in the garden with view.

Cons: This was our second stay in this apartment. A litle faceup was happened since one year. For next time I hope the windows will be washed.

Schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick

Pros: Sehr gute Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöner Pool, es kann auf dem Gelände geparkt werden.

Cons: Die Balkonmöbel sind sehr abgenutzt, die Ausstattung der Küche sparsam, z.B. gibt es kein Schneidebrett

Pros: Posizione,con fermata bus 1 per il centro sotto casa. Servizi interno appartamento e una vista fantastica.Piscina pulita.

Cons: Niente,tutto oltre le aspettative.

Pros: Appartement grand et bien équipé. Orientation top Bonne localisation si vous avez un véhicule Résidence calme (terrain de tennis au bas du balcon) sécurisée avec badge et gardien.

Cons: Travaux en cours dans la résidence. Pas très reposant d'être autour de la piscine
