Pros: It's a nice apartment in an excellent location, and we would consider staying there again, but only after the building work has finished (see below).
Cons: External building work on the condominium was sometimes very noisy. Although we were told in advance about work on the facade, the work was more extensive than this, and it also interfered with our view from the balcony. Also, the TV sound was poor and needs to be fixed.

Pros: Space, location, cleanliness, amenities Sunrise from the poolside balcony Ocean view from the apartment balcony
Cons: Currently noisy building work to repair outer facade of building with scaffolding and plastic covers over windows on one side. TV could be upgraded to smart TV with usual streaming apps, or a recommendation made to bring along a firestick etc.

Shame about scaffolding
Pros: Location of the apartment was good. It is near the shopping centre, bus stop, access to the prommade for walks and good coffee stops. Helpful management staff.
Cons: Whilst we were told about the scaffolding before we traveled. We were not expecting constant noise from 8am to 18.30 pm, 6 days a week. Also, we were unable to have windows open in one of bedrooms and kitchen due to dust and protective sheeting. It did not make for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment, great location. Would stay again
Pros: A lovely apartment. Great sea view from the balcony. Convenient location with supermarket and lovely cafe just over the road. Helpful host who allowed us to drop our bags early. Swimming pool a bonus.

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment in an ideal location. The view from the balcony was great, and everything we needed in the apartment was provided - even beach towels. Gentle walk downhill into Funchal in around 40 minutes, or bus stop and taxi rank within 50m. Host recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant, Mariscada a Barqueiro, which we visited twice during our stay. If visiting Madeira again would certainly stay here

Would recommend staying here. Perfect location. Great host.
Pros: Lovely apartment and host - welcome hamper with wine and local sweet treats. Spacious rooms. Lovely decor. Extremely clean and tidy. Two big double bedrooms. Loved the balcony’s. Especially the one overlooking the pool and sea with table and chairs perfect for sunrise breakfast. Free, gated parking if renting a car. If not, bus stop at bottom of apartments. Great location.
Cons: Being picky, would have liked full length mirrors in bedrooms.

I wholeheartedly recommend the stay
Pros: We had a great time - couldn't find a reason to complain. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided us with all the necessary information upon our arrival. We were a bit worried about localization a bit further from Funchal center, however the vicinity offered many restaurant, shops and attractions for our convenience.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który czekał na nas na miejscu i objaśnił wszelkie szczegóły związane z zameldowaniem oraz obsługą parkingu podziemnego, który był do naszej dyspozycji. Niezły, średniej wielkości basen na parterze budynku. Apartament czysty, świetnie wyposażony.

Prima appartement, jammer van het lawaai.
Pros: Het was een leuk en schoon appartement, aan de overkant was een groot winkelcentrum. Een aanrader voor een eventuele volgende keer op Madeira. The Host heeft ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen, is mee naar binnengegaan en heeft alles uitgelegd. Zo'n ontvangst hadden we nog nooit eerder gehad.
Cons: Er waren onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het appartement. We waren hier van te voren over ingelicht. We dachten dat zal wel meevallen met het geluid, er was echter veel lawaai van het geluid van boren. Bij het zwembad liggen kon niet vanwege het lawaai. Als het raam openstond, waaide de stof naar binnen. Dit was erg jammer, vandaar dat ik comfort lager heb beoordeeld. Een verbeterpunt zou nog zijn, een leuning langs de trap naar het zwembad.
