Perfect!

Pros: Fantastic location, quiet, spacious apartment. Next to shopping centre, few gardens, ocean line and bus station. Max 15 mins walk along the coast to the cable cars and old town. Owner was in contact with me all the time, gave me some good tips about the town and number of local mountain guide. Nothing was too much for him, fantastic host. Highly recommend! Perfect apartment for busy hikers/tourists!

Cons: The view. You'll be seeing other apartments. Not an issue for me- apartment location, host and everything else outweigh the view thing.

Place to be

Pros: Great communication with Alexandro, a super comfortable house with private parking and an elevator that brings you directly to the floors. The house is clean and equipped with all the needs. Central position, mall and convenient big supermarket just below. The host was super helpful and responsive at every hour!

Great apartmentment in an excellent location

Pros: Lovely property in central location and very friendly and helpful host.

Cons: Air conditioning would have been great. It was very humid during our stay in early June 2024 and the room fans didn't really help alleviate it which in turn made sleeping difficult. We felt the apartment was a bit bare too, it could have been made more homely with some pictures on the walls and more rugs etc.

Perfect location, pleasant and spacious space, super friendly host

Pros: This was my 7th trip to Funchal and the apartment we stayed this time was the best of them. The location, spaciousness, cleanliness, super friendly host, price - everything was ideal. When we once in a hurry left our keys inside, the host retrieved the keys and delivered to us without any fuss, although it must have been quite annoying for him. I'd love to stay in the same place next year again.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.

Great apartment

Pros: Great location, safe and very clean, quiet. Apartment manager extremely responsive and helpful. Safe underground parking and close to all amenities. The apartment has a large supermarket underneath, which was fabulous for shopping . Central to everything and local restaurant's and bars within a 5 minute walk. Aprtment was a great size

Cons: Need a long mirror for us ladies please and afew more cooking utensils please . Also a small washing machine liquid would come in handy rather than having to purchase a large bottle.
