Pros: Everything was nice, over all a good experience. The view from the balcony is amazing. The parking spot is in the underground garage which is great.

Cons: The owner is hard to get in touch with. We’ve checked the airport shuttle service on booking, but did not manage to talk to them and schedule the transfer so we took a taxi. It can only be paid with Revolut or PayPal.

Pros: Beautiful place didn't have a car so got bolts only 4-6 euros to town centre cable cars and toboggan a must also dolphin and whale trip really enjoyable prices at restaurants reasonable had some really tasty Portuguese meals would stay away from fish and banana meal had a strange effect on the Mrs stomach

Cons: Bad start didn't pick up messages from host because of flight so didn't get in appartment on time when we got in it had not been cleaned so we had to wait

Really nice apartment but needs basic maintenance

Pros: We were a party of four and stayed for the month of February 2025 A really nice modern, spacious apartment with large balcony, fantastic sea views and nice pool area Location is excellent for regular bus routes.

Cons: There is a lack of basic kitchen and oven cooking utensils and dishes. Only one wine glass for an apartment for up to six people Definitely in need of a vacuum cleaner and ironing board for longer stays. In need of maintenance/ repair on a number of items: loose upright wooden floor to ceiling plinth in kitchen area, bedroom patio door did not open, water heater in the utility room, leaked and dripped water into a bucket.

All in all we loved our stay at this beautiful apartment.

Pros: Beautiful apartment/balcony, amazing views, great location and great bus service. No 48 bus to Monte and Lido but stops early evening, No3 to Camara de Lobos. No’s 3,13 and 44to the centre. No’s 3, 12 and 44 coming back from the centre. You can purchase a 7 day bus pass in town for €23, additional days are available. Be aware times at bus stops are from the departure point not local time. We found the beds comfortable and the bed linen was clean and fresh. Small shops, lovely bakery and cafes within a short walking distance.

Cons: Worn, threadbare and ripped bath towels. Sharp screw tips protruding out from the dishwasher facia. Pipe from the boiler to the wall outlet dislodged causing a leak. Reported to the owner three times. Only two dish towels for 10 days. However we overcome this by air drying the few dishes we used in the dishwasher. Pre used dish cloths and pot cleaner.

Pros: Spacy and modern new apartment. Perfect location with fantastic view of city and sea. Uderground parking. Also there is good pool.

Cons: Communication with the host was a bit problematic, when curtain system fell in the kids room. Host not answering to messages or phone calls and the room became unusable due to sun in the mornings. Not repaired until the end of our stay(6 nights). Apart of this downside all perfect.

Beautiful new apartment owned by friendly host

Pros: We liked everything! We were the first guests in this apartment (in December 2023). Apartment is brand new, in the newly bulit apartment building, on the top - fifth floor. Beautiful views from the balcony. Furinshed with new equipment, everything clean and new. Two shared swimming pools only for the residents of whole apartment building. Quiet location uphill in Funchal. Very friendly and professional host. Communication with him was seamless via WhatsApp. We look forward to return.

Cons: No remarks.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania i był bardzo dobrym wyborem na pobyt czteroosobowej rodziny, mimo kilku drobnych minusó

Pros: Przestronny i komfortowy apartament idealny dla 4-osobowej rodziny, dwie osobne sypialnie i dwie łazienki, piękny widok oraz dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum.

Cons: Materace w łóżkach były niewygodne, w jednej z łazienek woda w umywalce słabo spływała, a czystość była poprawna, ale nie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Warto też zaznaczyć, że na Maderze samochód jest praktycznie niezbędny, nawet mimo bliskości centrum.

Apartamento muy bien. Atención bastante regular

Pros: Ubicación. Parking, Terraza. Piscina. El apartamento en si mismo esta muy bien.

Cons: Los colchones eran muy antiguos. se clavaban los muelles. Para ser un apartamento nuevo, una pena que se usasen colchones viejos y eso empeora la puntuación. La persona que nos entrego las llaves nos entrego tambien sabanas y toallas para el sofa cama, que se les habian olvidado. La toalla la cogio de una bolsa del suelo de la furgoneta, la olio para ver si estaba usada y la comprobo en la oscuridad de la calle para ver el estado. Me dijo que traeria al dia siguiente una nueva y todavia estoy esperando a que me conteste. Les mande whatsup recordando y ni me contestaron. Una pena que un apartamento tan bueno se vea desmerecido por esa atención.

Kaunis ja nykyaikainen huoneisto, josta on upeat näkymät ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet

Pros: Loistava sijainti, upeat näkymät, hyvä ilmastointi, riittävä varustelu, nykyaikainen huoneisto.

Cons: Majoittaja vahvisti sisäänkirjautumisajan vasta edellisenä päivänä. Osoitteen perusteella majoituspaikka on hankala löytää. Maksu ei ollut rekisteröitynyt Booking.com:n kautta majoittajalle ja maksu piti todistaa verkkopankista, ei oikein tyylikästä mielestäni. Sängyssä voisi hyvä olla petauspatja, nyt sänky tuntui kovalta ja sängyn jouset tuntuivat ikäviltä.

Pros: Apartament nowy, przestronny, z loggią przez całą długość apartamentu, z pięknymi panoramicznymi oknami z widokami na ocean i wzgórza z domami. Idealny dla dwóch par lub rodziny z 2 dzieci. Wyposażony w klimatyzację. W garażu miejsce parkingowe. Dwie przestronne łazienki to wielki plus. Jest też pralka, żelazko, zmywarka itp. Czysto i przyjemnie. Ostatnie piętro, więc widoki obłędne. Apartament oddalony ok 2 km od centrum, mocno pod górkę.

Cons: Ekspres do kawy niestety nie działał. Zakupiłyśmy specjalnie kapsułki do niego, niestety na marne. Nie można było też otworzyć okna w jednej z sypialni - informacja o tym zostawiona była po portugalsku na karteczce naklejonej na okno. Nie można było więc sypialni wywietrzyć. Mimo zgłoszenia tych dwóch wad do właściciela, nie otrzymałyśmy pomocy. Zabrakło też suszarki na pranie. Można było skorzystać z pralki ale nie było gdzie wysuszyć.
