Great views and base to explore Funchal and the Island, make sure you have a car.
Pros: Nice and new. Great views. Nice kitchen helps. Smart TV good for the kids. Host was available and courteous.
Cons: Blueish lighting throughout the apartment is really uncomfortable and cold. Warmer lamps would make a huge difference and would be a cheap and quick fix. Bath towels are a little old and rough.

Best accommodation you can have
Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The stunning view and lovely pool made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cosy bright clean
Pros: So well located! 15 min walk into Funchal or a shorter drive. Plenty of parking on the street and behind the gates of the building. Perfect place to explore the island. Apartment is clean and bright and has everything you could want! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The balcony is huge and shows amazing sunrises and sunsets. Henrique was super helpful and responsive.

Einfach nur wundervoll!
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Henrique’s apartment. The place was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. One of the highlights was definitely the large balcony with a breathtaking view of Funchal – perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location is quiet but very convenient, with both the expressway and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the island. Henrique was extremely friendly and helpful and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and well organized. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay – we would definitely come again!

Best apartment stay ever!
Pros: Everything! My wife and I have been visiting Madeira for 20 years, the past 10 years we have stayed in apartments for between 6 and 12 weeks over the winter, this apartment was the one we dreamed of. It was comfortable, had fantastic views, was very well equipped, every question we asked or request we made was answered almost immediately by Henrique. Buses almost to the door, lovely local cafes for the obligatory morning coffee (and occasional pastel de nata 😉). Supermarket 5 mins away by bus or taxi, we do not recommend walking up there!

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. It’s a bit long walk to the city center but there are some nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and a lot of parking space. Henrique was a friendly and responsive host, self check in and check out were easy.

Fantastically beautiful and luxurious apartment with an exceptional view.
Pros: The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Really nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. Everything felt luxurious and comfortable. The apartment had all the necessities you could possibly need, really EVERYTHING. The pool was lovely and there were sun loungers available. And the balcony is a story in itself. Huge and the most amazing view of the sea, the city and the mountains. And not least the sunrise. The location means you probably need a car, but there are plenty of parking spaces (both outside the building and in a private underground parking garage), so it was also very easy. The host is very helpful and makes it easy to find both the place and the apartment itself in the building. We really enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend this apartment.
Cons: If you suffer from a fear of heights, the balcony can be a bit of a challenge with its glass railing ;-)

Pros: Very friendly host, amazing apartment, all facilities you need, well equipped kitchen, some nice attentions when we arrived (croissants, chocolates, fruit,...), beautiful swimming pools, free parking. And what about the view. Wow! THE PLACE... Couldn't imagine a better name. Definitely the place to be whenever you visit Funchal and beautiful Madeira. Many thanks Henrique!
