We loved the place.
Pros: New, bright and big apartment with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for the family. Quiet place. Comfortable mattresses what is unique in renting apartments. Own parking spot in garage. Ocean view from the terrace and private swimming pool. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops.
Cons: Small adjustments would be welcome like coffee capsules or hangers in the entrance.

Perfect apartment
Pros: It was even more spacious than it looked on the photos. It was very clean and new and we had everything we needed, in fact there was even some condiments in the kitchen. A lovely balcony too, just right for an evening drink! Once we’d got our bearings and found the buses, we felt the location was perfect, a little out of town but still very accessible. We were delighted with our find and would highly recommend the apartment.
Cons: Only think I can think of is that we couldn’t locate the bins in the basement to dispose of our rubbish, but other than that, it was ideal!

The host is very flexible and the apartment is a very good base for exploring the island.
Pros: The building in which the apartment is located was built in 2023. Everything is very comfortable and new. The equipment of the apartment is perfect. There is a bakery, a greengrocer and a small supermarket nearby. Larger supermarkets and the city center can only be reached by bus or car. The pools are also very nice, with a wonderful view of the city. The bus stops are right next to the apartment building.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung. Es war sehr schön, dass die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet war und Dinge, wie Frischhaltefolie, Mülltüten, Spültücher etc vorhanden waren. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut. Toll war, dass es auch eine Waschmaschine gab.
Cons: Eigentlich alles hervorragend. 2 kleine Dinge hätten es noch perfekter gemacht: 1. Küche: Messer hätten schärfer sein können und 2. es war am Pool (Baustelle auf der anderen Straßenseite) manchmal laut. Aber wir waren die meiate Zeit unterwegs und daher nicht schlimm. Und da die Wohnung nach hinten raus ist, bekommt man in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon von der Baustelle gar nichts mit. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend!

Top appartement op Madeira te ontdekken.
Pros: Het is een mooi ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Ruime keuken en nog een aparte ruimte met een wasmachine. Airconditioning is per kamer in te stellen en werkt top. Mooi uitzicht over de stad en een overdekte afgesloten parkeergarage.
Cons: Bedden een beetje aan de harde kant. Je zit wat verder van de boulevard/hartje stad. In de direct omgeving is weinig te doen.

Comfortabel, modern en groot appartement met mooi uitzicht op de oceaan.
Pros: Comfortabel, modern en groot appartement met mooi uitzicht op de oceaan. Volledig uitgerust met grote keuken, 2 badkamers, wasmachine e.d. Het appartement en gebouw zien er tip top uit en alles is mooi afgewerkt. Heeft een luxe uitstraling. De parkeergarage met vaste plek voor een auto is ook heerlijk. Het is er heel stil. De wifi is heel goed. Bakkerij op loopafstand. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en kunnen het erg aanraden.
Cons: Eigenlijk niets te klagen. Paar kleine puntjes. Op het balkon staat een lounge set die niet heel comfortabel is. In de badkamer missen haakjes om een handdoek op te hangen. Het bed is op zich prima maar het matras is behoorlijk hard. Als je van een zacht matras houdt dan is dat iets om rekening mee te houden. Het centrum van Funchal is niet op loopafstand dus een auto is wel handig. Met de auto is het een kort ritje.

Idealny apartament z pięknym widokiem.
Pros: Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym apartamencie i to był strzał w dziesiątkę! Miejsce jest zupełnie nowe, czyste i urządzone z dużym smakiem. Dwusypialniowy układ z dwiema łazienkami okazał się idealnym rozwiązaniem dla naszej rodziny. Nie brakowało nam niczego - od zmywarki, przez pralkę, aż po ekspres do kawy i żelazko, wszystko było na miejscu i gotowe do użycia. Ale prawdziwą wisienką na torcie jest widok z tarasu - po prostu zapierający dech w piersiach! Poranne kawy i wieczorne chillouty z taką panoramą to coś niezapomnianego. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto ceni sobie komfort, styl i niesamowite widoki!

Pros: Nádherný nový apartman s výhledem na celé město,dostupnost do centra výborná autobusy i pěšky,v okolí do 3min autem nákupní centrum, v okolí obchody, kavárna,pekárna,garážové stání .Doporučujeme i pro rodiny s dětmi v arealu i bazen.Byli jsme s dětmi 9+12 let
