Cozy T2 with Ocean View

Nice relaxing holiday in an apartment with great views.

Pros: Great location and convenient for a lovely supermarket . The Apartment was light and spatial. The host was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and having a reserved underground car parking space when we hired a car was a real bonus

Cons: The balcony was very narrow which was a shame because the coastal view was stunning.

A fantastically located stay with everything you need in walking distance. Views are outstanding!!

A great stay

Pros: Excellent communication with host. Immaculate apartment, spacious and clean. Lovely view from the very long balcony. Pool was warm but probably as weather warm, I am not sure if it’s heated.

Cons: If you are hoping to be in walking distance to the old town of Funchal then this is a little far out. But there are plenty of buses very close by and taxis are around €14 one way.

Would recommend this property .

Pros: Great communication . Well situated , good for accessing booked trips and for heading off around Madeira in our hire car. Very clean & comfortable . Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Some people may be bothered by traffic on island in front of the property.

Absolutely amazing trip.

Pros: Everything. Spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Host was so lovely and provided thorough communication throughout our stay. Location is also great, garage included is a massive bonus. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you 🙂.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, and spacious apartment for our family of 3 adults + baby. Ocean and cliff views are fantastic, even better than they look in pictures. Great location if you're renting a car and basing your Madeira trip out of Funchal. Easy access to highways and you don't need to deal with the crowded city center. Very close to grocery and shopping malls.

Cons: Mattress in main bedroom is very uncomfortable - bouncy springs make you constantly fear rolling off the bed. Sometimes the proximity to traffic on main streets means it can get loud at night, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

Great location, beautiful view balcony

Pros: The host was brilliant, she helped us all the ways she could. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment is very convenient. Big supermarket is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Pros: Ocean view and balcony in every room. Perfectly clean, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Parking included. Shops and restaurants all around. Close to seaside promenade.

Cons: Traffic noise was slightly annoying.

Kaunis asunto, sopii etätyöskentelyyn

Pros: Asunto on todella viihtyisä. Asunnossa oli myös hyvä tehdä etätöitä. Internet toimi hyvin. Sängyt olivat mukavia. Nukuin hyvin.

Cons: Minulla oli vastoinkäymisiä juuri tällä vierailulla, mutta vuokranantaja reagoi niihin ja hoiti asiat nopeasti. Aluksi asunto tuntui kylmältä. Myös suihkusta tuli aluksi kylmää vettä. Nämä kuitenkin korjaantuivat. Osasin laittaa huoneiston lämmityksen päälle ja vuokranantaja asennutti uuden lämminvesijärjestelmän, joten ongelma ei varmaankaan tule toistumaan. Huoneistossa oli hyvä äänieristys, mutta minulla sattui huonoa tuuria, kun jossakin naapuriasunnossa parina päivänä porattiin.
