Ajuda Paradise apartment with pool and private parking

We enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely apartment and we would happily stay here again.

Pros: Well located, with everything close to hand. Good, clean communal pool and pool area Everything you needed and nothing you didn't need.

Cons: Minor niggles. Two small tears in one area of wallpaper by the dining table, slightly loose toilet seat and non-stick pans sticking.

Pros: Nice and cozy apartment fully equiped with home appliances and a garage. Everything was great. We had a lovely time staying in the appartment although the cleaning lady could do just a little bit better work.

Pros: Location was excellent. Free underground parking space was a game changer as we were there for hiking. Within walking distance to lovely restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean, had everything you need.

Cons: I found the bed extremely uncomfortable which was a shame, I actually took the spare bedding and slept on the couch for the second half of our weeks stay as by body was aching from the hardness of the bed.

Well equipped, big apartment in a good area

Pros: Very good location, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Good parking. Well equipped apartment, very comfortable beds.

Cons: Not a huge inconvenience and it doea not influence the overall score, but the lightning in the bathroom could have been better.

Pros: Lovely flat with private pool on the back in very nice area. Shops and restaurants are near by. Walking distance to the beach. Ana the host was really friendly and helpful.

Great value per money

Pros: Host kind and precise, parking spot inside the building, common pool area and nice apartment

Pros: Apartament jest bardzo czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Blisko do centrum handlowego i restauracji. Spacerkiem do promenady i plaży. Bardzo fajne miejsce jako baza wypadowo do zwiedzania wyspy. Miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu to super opcja. Świetny kontakt z włascicielami - szybki i bezproblemowy. Polecamy :)

Bardzo udane ferie zimowe

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania. Niedaleko znajduje się centrum handlowe, restauracje oraz promenada. Mieszkanie posiada garaż, co jest bardzo dużą zaletą. Pralka, suszarka i 2xTV to kolejny duży plus.

Cons: Mały minusik to brak zmywarki. Kołdry mogły by być nieco grubsze. Czepiam się trochę na siłę :)

Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi

Pros: Mieszkanie jest świetnie położone – zaledwie 15 minut spacerem od oceanu, punktów widokowych i plaży, a około 500 metrów od bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego supermarketu, w którym bez problemu można było kupić świeże ryby, owoce morza oraz lokalne owoce. Dużym atutem jest prywatny parking w podziemiach budynku. Samo mieszkanie było komfortowe, estetycznie urządzone i bardzo czyste. Przebywaliśmy tam w okresie przedświątecznym, dlatego świąteczne dekoracje, które zastaliśmy na miejscu, były niezwykle miłym i ciepłym akcentem. Jedynym minusem był kontakt z właścicielem – brak możliwości kontaktu telefonicznego oraz informacja dotycząca odbioru kluczy, którą otrzymaliśmy dopiero w dniu przyjazdu. Mieliśmy również drobny problem z lodówką, która początkowo nie działała, jednak po zgłoszeniu właściciel szybko zareagował, a sytuacja została sprawnie wyjaśniona (okazało się, że lodówka nie była podłączona do prądu).

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar :) Meine Mutter und ich haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment liegt perfekt – nah an der Stadt Funchal und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen tollen Restaurants und in Strandnähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat einen wunderschönen Balkon und war blitzsauber, was uns besonders wichtig war. Auch die Garage war sehr praktisch. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
