We liked everything about it

Pros: Great, spacy apartment on the 7th floor, with assigned underground car park place. Osanarah is a great host, welcomed as on the arrival and explained everything. We spend a Christmas time there, so Osanarah asked as if it's OK to put some Christmas decorations :) so we had everything: Christmas tree, local sweets for presents and other small but sweet things all around. The apartment has nice view, windows face the east/south side, so a lot of sunshine in the morning. A large shopping mall and other grocery shops nearby, a few restaurants also. In the morning we used to run a few kilometres along the ocean shore, enjoying the sunshine in December!

Pros: I would gladly give it 20 points instead of 10. A beautiful, clean, fully equipped apartment with lots of space, panoramic windows in every room, a large terrace, an elevator, and a garage with a large parking space. Everything in the apartment is well thought out and convenient, with closets in every room, a comfortable sofa in the living room, a dishwasher, and a washing machine (the owners even left a few capsules for them). Two large supermarkets with groceries are located 5 minutes away, along with many cafes and restaurants and a promenade for walks. Osanarah responds to questions very quickly and communicates excellently. I honestly don't know what could be improved. It's the best.

Great family visit to Madeira

Pros: The apartment is very well appointed with everything you could need for your holiday. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking in the apartment, and also includes a washing machine which is very useful. The hostess, Osanarah, is very friendly and was always available to answer questions. The location is very good, close to a number of great restaurants, shopping centre for groceries and also close to bus stops. The underground parking is excellent. Having access to the pool and surrounding area is great. We visited with 2 young children and being able to use the pool and the two playparks close-by was useful. I would recommend this property 100%

Cons: The matress could be of a better quality. However, it was more than accetable

Nice apartment with parking in the garage

Pros: It is a very nice and well-equipped apartment. Perfect that there is a parking space in the garage. Close to shops and restaurants. Very generous and nice host who quickly answered questions and welcomed us at check-in.

Great!

Pros: Good location in a developing area of Funchal. Having a reserved parking space throughout the stay is really beneficial. Public transport is also nearby, and the coastal path is within walking distance. Pool access is a great addition (although bear in mind the pool is not heated).

Cons: Not much.

Pros: Accommodation was in good location. Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed. Great swimming pool.

Perfect place to live during holidays.

Pros: It is quite new apartment. I think it is even much, much better than on the pics. Very comfortable. All clean. THERE IS ALL you need in kitchen, bathroom and living room. All like new. Good quality WI FI. Beautiful view from apartment (Atlantic). I recomend as a perfect place to live. You got a lot of shops around. Osanarah was very nice and helpful. Thank you Osanarah.

Exceptional with helpful host

Pros: This apartment has it all. Lovely bedrooms. Comfy beds. Spacious living room with tv and internet. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Terrace and pool. We had access to the underground garage, so there were no problems with parking space. Practical location gives you quick access to shopping mall, bars, and restaurants. Short, 15 minutes walk to the promenade and the beach. Very helpful host! Wine and cake on arrival was nice touch.

Pros: Very comfy accomodation, awesome pool almost for us, because There for nobody, close to restaurants, close to the best Cafe in town And the best pastry, Very friendly welcomeing.
