Great location on the outskirts of the old town.

Pros: Standard of accommodation and spaciousness. Beds were extremely comfy. Communication by Fatima was excellent and key handover very comprehensive.

Cons: Not being able to use the terrace as building being constructed opposite. Builders were on the rooftop opposite the apartment six days of the week.

Pros: The location was wonderful. We hired a car and the parking facility was in the basement of the apartments. We were met by Fatima, she showed us around the apartment. We could not have wished for a better apartment. The island of Madeira is beautiful. We will be back.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. It is well equipped and has plenty of storage space. Fatima was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful apartment

Pros: It was a very great apartment for us, it is huge, there are two separated bedrooms with bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a very big living and dining room. There is a huge balcony, which has a great view to the ocean and to the mountains. The construction before the apartman was being paused while we were there, so it wasn't any noise. You can enjoy the sunrises from the balcony, totally worth it!

Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

Funchal beautiful apartment.

Pros: Everything. Huge apartment well specified with panoramic balcony.

Cons: Nothing.

Great place for up to 4 people who want to explore Funchal.

Pros: Welcome in person at the property. The location, size and comfort of the whole apartment was great. Luggage storage was excellent and the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, fixtures and fittings were all very good.

Cons: Main bedroom directly faced the breakfast room in the neighbouring hotel which meant that as there are no curtains we had to keep the shutters closed or virtually closed in the morning. Wi-Fi only worked in the reception room. Only one set of towels for our week long stay.

Pros: The , accommodation was good, location was good, it's a great big place, lots of storage, great balcony, had a problem with the air conditioning, but Gary got it fixed ASAP The apartment block was also very quiet and car parking spot was available and a great lift up to the fifth floor Gary was also very helpful and told us all about the property and there was a welcome pack, and he allowed us to stay until lunch time on day of departure, when our taxi picked us up Would recommend this place, we thought it was great value for the money

Cons: The building work going on right in front of the apartment, which was a bit noisey and detracts from the view, Also could have done with a few more cups and mugs in the kitchen

Wonderful apartment in Centre of Funchal. Ideal as a base to tour the island and Funchal area.

Pros: Spacious modern apartment in great location just 5 minutes walk from Funchal Old Town . Great views from the balcony, you can see the cruise ships in Funchal bay, and also the cable cars heading up to Monte. Excellent accommodation with everything you can need provided. The owners also left a basket of tasty treats, including local wines, fruit, cheese and bread as a welcome gift.

Ideal location for visiting town centre and easy access out of Funchal with a car .No complaints

Pros: We arrived late but were met by Betty who is a lovely girl who was most welcoming . The apartment is first class everything is high quality and having parking is essential for those who hire a car however it is easy to walk to the centre of Funchal .The extra touches of food and wine etc that we were left as a welcome pack were much appreciated.

Pros: The apartment is really spacious and clean! Me and my father had everything we needed: coffee maker, toaster, all necessary things for cooking (even containers to take away food for a long hiking days), big wardrobe, many towels and nice views all around. I really appreciated how comfortable kitchen is for cooking, and how beautiful is the view from the balcony (especially night time). The host was very kind and helpful. Also left us plenty of treats from Madeira, which we wouldn’t try otherwise. Big thank you from us, we really enjoyed our stay!
