Pretty apartment near the city centre with all the amenities needed for a short stay!

Pros: Very centrally located, easy to walk to the city centre. Lots of helpful instructions incl video clips. Had everything that was advertised and very comfortable space. Responsive to questions. I would happily stay there again.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: The location is very close to the center and at the same time easy to get out of the city to all attractions. Underground parking available from the elevator at a good price 4 .50 euros per day. Very good contact with the owner. A lot of valuable advice. The check-in instructions were perfectly prepared.

Cons: The view from the window is not impressive. It didn't bother us because we mainly spent time in the city or in the mountains. A false fire alarm was triggered three times during our stay. The situation is probably repeating itself because apart from us and another couple of tourists, no one reacted or went outside, so the permanent residents are probably used to it.

Perfectly suited our needs!

Pros: Breakfast wasn’t included for us. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted in town but it was still quiet.

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper right at the end of our stay.

Pros: Hosts are very helpful. The apartment is nice, well equipped and so close to the city centre. I strongly recommend.

Pros: A very tastefully designed, spacious studio apartment - perfect for a couple. The location is great - the historic centre and therefore pretty much all the attractions are walking distance.

Cons: A translucent or light-filter curtain would be nice for the living room. There is only 1 black-out curtain and without it there is 0 privacy in the living room. It's not a deal-breaker, but would be a nice upgrade.

Good choice for staying in Funchal.

Pros: Perfect location . The hosts are extremely helpful and supply information about the city etc continuously. The apartment is perfect for a couple , with all you would need for your stay, also for a longer stay.

Cons: Unfortunately there is a building site next door and if you would like to sleep in, that might be a problem (I estimate the noise level will continue for the next year) the apartment has no view and looks upon the building site and ruinous buildings . If you like a firm mattress , you might find this one lumpy.

Great location, comfortable studio

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city as it's all within walking distance, the bus stop is also right in front of the building. There are some paying and some free street parking options around as well, but if you are looking for convenience there is a parking garage right next to the building. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos, furnished with a good taste. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is also well-equipped with all the essentials. Blackout curtains much appreciated.😊 The hosts are also very welcoming and ready to help with any questions.

Cons: A bit of miscommunication with the self check-in at first, but it was quickly sorted out.

Pros: Good facilities, comfortable bed, very good shower, good location in the city, items in the kitchen available, laundry machine available

Cons: A bit complicated to use the elevator as you have to memorize codes. Paid parking. Unfriendly staff in the building, especially the parking lot.

Pros: muy bien localizado, cerca del centro, el barrio muy tranquilo, un plus que el edificio tenga un parking publico con un precio de 5 euros por día y que te sube directamente a la puerta del apartamento.
