Great apartment - highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment was lovely: modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Location is good, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a grocery store about 3mins walk from the building. And it's only a 15min walk to the Cathedral and lots of restaurants enroute. You have access to a concierge via WhatsApp for any questions you have. There is plenty parking available outside, but it is not specific to the apartment.

Cons: Oven does not work - did report that to the concierge.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, and had a great big balcony with beautiful views. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Location is great - nice and quiet, but only a short walk to Funchal centre. Would warmly recommend!

Cons: The property description mentioned that there is a gym/fitness centre (available for a fee), however the centre has permanently closed. Good to know for visitors that absolutely want this inclusion.

Pros: relatively quiet house, by Madeiran standards. large covered terrace

Cons: in windy weather you can hear the wind under the door. noisy fridge.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: The apartment was perfectly clean, we also got a free upgrade to a bigger, beautiful apartment, which was very nice of the host :) It was close to the city, and it was easy to find a parking spot just outside. Rooms were cosy, the beds comfortable and the bedsheets and towels clean. Every room had air conditioning. Apartment was equipped with a fully functional kitchen. We also loved the swimming pool, and the balconies :) the views were pretty and the area is quiet and safe. The host was very friendly and it was easy to get in touch. The self check in and check out were super easy and we got a detailed instruction. We had everything we needed and more. I can't recommend this place enough and I would gladly come back there!

Very comfortable stay close to the city centre

Pros: Location close to the city centre was very good. Also the swimming pool was very nice. The appartment was big and very well equipped.

Cons: The mattress could be replaced. There is a little dent in the middle of the mattress.

Pros: The apartment location is very good, very close to supermarkets and other facilities. It's good for 3-4 people, with a large bed and sofa that fits two people. The kitchen is full prepared, although I wish there were better pans and they we had to buy our own salt and oil for cooking.

Cons: The hosts asked for a 10€ cleaning fee that was not described on Booking, apart from the Tourist Tax that we already know we would have to pay.

Nice and comfy place to stay

Pros: I stayed at this apartment in Funchal and really enjoyed it. The location is super central, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the huge balcony—it was such a nice space to relax and enjoy the view. There are plenty of supermarkets and useful facilities nearby, so everything you need is just a short walk away. Overall, a great spot for a stay in Funchal!

Lovely stay

Pros: The place was lovely, nice large space to relax and lovely balcony. The kitchen was useful and pool was nice size. Nice location too, Could walk to main town, uphill was a little harder though!

Cons: We weren't sure if we had to wait for someone to meet us but we're given instructions into property. The place was a tad warm with no fans so we had to have door open but that led to bugs
