Pros: The flat is very spacious. It will be perfect for two couple. It is modern with two bathrooms and two taraces. What is more you will also have an Access to swimming pool and parking for car. Good Internet. Location is ok. More local area. However you have to be aware that it's approximately 20min to city center by foot. Return takes longer as you need to climb up the hill.

Cons: Flat is on the base floor of the building. That means that all people passing by actually can see what you are doing in the flat. What is more the gym is just in front of the apartment. And because your flat is at level zero than from one race you basically can see who is inside the gym:D gym can be a little noise.

Very comfortable.

Pros: Absolutely perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Fantastic appartment, spacious, we had everything necessary, two large terraces with a small garden like. Swimming pool just opposite the appartment, very nice surroundings. It is situated a little bit farther from the centre to the hill but a quite place.

Cons: We had a problem with an entrance door, a little bit difficult to open the door. Finally, we found a system how to do it. A little late reaction from the hotel centre when we required an invoice but at the end we got the document.

Pros: Location very good, apartment was very big with 2 terrases. Pool in the complex it's a +.

Great accommodation for family or friends

Pros: The apartment was incredibly spacious and huge. It featured two bedrooms with double beds, a massive living room, a kitchen, and two terraces, one of which offered stunning views of the city and ocean. Having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed: an iron, ironing board, drying rack, and all kitchen essentials. Additionally, having our own parking space in the garage was a bonus. I highly recommend these apartments for families or small groups seeking comfortable accommodations.

Cons: The only downside was the absence of an air conditioner. However, we managed by keeping the windows and terrace doors open to maintain airflow.

Enjoyable,memorable will be back to Funchal

Pros: The apartment was well kitted out with all items you would need for your stay.two large balconies with loungers and palm tree. The pool was very clean and quiet. It was well lit at night.All appliances were great, the filtered water and ice dispenser were ideal with the hot weather. The gym wasn't noisy or any inconvenience at all. Nice coffee across the road at the cafe. There was adequate dishwasher tablets and washing detergent etc provided for your stay. Lots of clean towels.

Cons: It would have been nice to have extra lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool.The pool wasn't heated but was still enjoyable.the key for the main door is a little tricky and also the fob for the pool the gate is a bit difficult to open. the premises is on a hill so not ideal for elderly people or people with small kids unless you have a car. These are only minor issues and didn't affect our stay.

Pros: De ruimte. Voor ons 4en (2 kinderen van 21 en17) was het precies wat we nodig hadden.

Cons: Een gym tegenover: muziek tussen 6:45 en 22:30, kreunende van inspanning mannelijke stemmen weerkaatsen en zijn meer hoorbaar in de slaapkamers dan buiten het appartement. Een tip: neem oordopjes mee! Aan de voorkant (woonkamer) is een terras maar daar ligt een best drukke weg. Dus, je zit daar niet echt rustig.. Matrassen op de beide bedden zijn licht aflopend naar de zijkanten toe wat geeft een \

Super apartament super Wyspa bardzo polecam

Pros: Duży apartament lodówka z kostkarką i zimną wodą nie trzeba było kupować wody ponieważ w kranie była czysta i smaczna blisko do centrum o 1 km

Cons: Rano o godzinie 7 otwierano siłownię która znajdowała się 5 metrów od balkonu sypialni dzięki czemu nie trzeba było włączać budzika a 7 rano na Maderze to jeszcze noc 😃no i materac w sypialni bez łazienki bo była też sypialnia z WC był mało wygodny i można było się z niego sturlać 🤣poza tym wszystko było idealnie a jeszcze miejsce parkingowe było dla dobrze zaawansowanych kierowców ogólnie słabym kierowcą nie polecam tam prowadzić samochód

Pros: Condo au RDC avec piscine commune et garage intérieur. Belle disposition des pièces, décoration chic.

Cons: Logement qui se veut luxueux, mais beaucoup de choses sont tachées ou cassées. Ventilateurs seulement, pas d'air climatisé alors qu'il y fait chaud. Mauvaise odeur du logement à l'arrivée. Le gym est juste en face des chambres, donc du bruit dès 7h00am, rue très passante du côté de l'autre terrasse. Le personnel a mal géré notre check in, nous avons dû les recontacter pour que quelqu'un vienne ouvrir la porte presque une heure plus tard.

Excelente estadia

Pros: Excelente casa, em ótimas condições e bastante espaçosa. Gostei particularmente da sala e jardim. Está situada numa zona tranquila e a poucos minutos do centro do Funchal, a pé. Também tivemos acesso à piscina. Fomos muito bem recebidos e com certeza voltarei a marcar esta estadia, se possível.

Cons: Nada. Não gostei de ter de sair desta casa e de que tivessem acabado as férias. Foi tudo excelente.
