Pros: Everything was really good. As we rented a car, the inner parking place availability was a good bonus. Also we didn`t expected that the pool would be so nice. I really thankful to the personal of the company, that assisted us with all the needs. All the dislikes below - it is not the complains, it is just my recommendation how to improve your residence to get a 100% feedback)

Cons: 1) it was not fully clear where and how to throw a litter, so i got in touch with owners for clarification. Also the lock at the door of garbage room was not in good condition, we were ready to left the garbage outside it as for some minutes we couldn`t succeeded to open the door. 2) a lot of ants at the kitchen from the day of arrival. we know that`s it is a specific of such climate and it is really difficult to get rid of them, but it can spoil the journey experience for less prepared people). 3) furniture was nice; just at the both bathrooms the closet doors under the sank were not closing well. i was afraid that one day it can fall down at my children. they were really heavy. 4) last the smallest one))) at the bathroom with bath there is no way to turn on the shower! the are facilities for tap and shower usage, but not the turn-on equipment... or it was impossible to find it

Pros: Estupendo, espaços de Lazer ao redor da casa, sala ampla, cozinha bem equipada. Espetacular

Férias em família

Pros: O apartamento para viagem em família é uma excelente escolha. As crianças agradecem um local confortável para estarem a relaxar depois de um dia fora a explorar. Todo o apartamento é bem equipado e bonito. O sofá no alpendre exterior é um excelente plus. A garagem coberta em estacionamento privado é sem dúvida um grande benefício nas estadias na Madeira.

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle résidence

Pros: Superbe appartement, en très bon état, très bien équipé, très spacieux et confortable, au calme, et avec piscine et parking.

Cons: Un tout petit peu éloigné du centre (20 min à pied). Présence de quelques petites fourmis dans la cuisine.

Pros: Do apartamento no geral. Confortável, muito espaçoso, bem equipado. A máquina de lavar roupa é uma mais valia para quem tem crianças.

Cons: Das formigas. A temperatura da água dos banhos é um pouco fria.

Con algún pequeño cambio sería perfecto

Pros: Es más bonito en persona. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. La casa es grande y bonita. Todo muy elegante y moderno. Bastante limpio. Las terrazas son muy bonitas, grandes y decoradas con cariño, aunque una de ellas (la de la cocina) queda por debajo del nivel del suelo. Tiene dos baños grandes. Parking en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones son muy amables.

Cons: Las habitaciones deberían tener cortinas traslucidas para poder tener luz sin que te vean desde fuera. El lavavajillas estaba roto. El agua caliente sólo funciona bien si se ducha una persona cada vez. Tenían muchas hormigas, sobretodo en la cocina, pero también en las habitaciones.
