Pros: The best accomodation we've ever been. Agostinho is very kind, friendly and do everything for his guests to feel themselves at home. There are everything in the apartment for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, you can reach the center in a few minutes, restaurants, supermarkets are next to the building. So everything was fantastic! We will come back!

Relaxing comfortable wonderful appartment

Pros: Property was spacious,very clean everything you could wish for The owner went out of his way to make this a special time with my parents in their 80s and with difficulty walking Just perfect

The apartment is excellent in every way.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very good condition and well equipped. The photos reflect reality. Parking is provided in the underground garage. Agostinho is very kind and attentive. He provided a transfer upon arrival and departure. He treated us to drinks and local delicacies in the apartment upon arrival.

Beautiful modern style apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment fully equiped, very clean and large beds. Very close to the city centre, many restaurants neraný, close to the promenádě and to the sea. The owner Agostinho is very pleasant and friendly person, very helpfull and have us many good information. Many thanks again and hope to see Madeira and Agostinho again.

Pros: All the arrangement. From the beginning till the end everything was awesome. Has all you need and is very nice builded. Music in every Room + Bathroom with BT !

Pros: Everything was as described. Location close to the center. The apartmet had everything we needed. Mr. Silva was very attentive and hospitable. We received a lot of information about Madeira and also the welcome drinks was very nice. There is parking. The beds are comfortable. There was no noise.

The best apartment!

Pros: We had a very warm welcome with a tour of the apartment when everything was explained. On top of that, we had a welcome drink of white and red wine plus a bottle of champagne, soft drinks and even sandwiches and some sweets. The apartment itself is huge. Wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing you can't find in there. They thought about absolutely everything including a set of good variations of spices if you fancy cooking. Two bathrooms for our family of four was excellent. The beds in the bedrooms are even more comfortable than mine at home. And the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee is great. To be honest I wish we could stay there longer this is the best apartment I have ever been to. Definitely when I go back to Madeira this is the place where I'm going to stay.

The location is ideal—close to stunning viewpoints, local markets, and excellent restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a restful getaway. Additionally, there are several car rental companies nearby, making it easy to explore the island at your own pace. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the host, who was incredibly friendly and responsive. They provided great recommendations about the island and ensured we had everything we needed for a worry-free vacation. I will definitely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Madeira!
