Nice comfortable apartment but bathrooms need some upgrade and entrance door lock to be fixed

Pros: Good location, spacious apartment, parking spot in garage, nice kitchen, washing machine

Cons: Entrance door was very difficult to open (only my partner managed to do it), ants in the kitchen, drain needs unclogging as the water in the bath didn’t flow, dirty shower curtain. For this amount of money, one should be able to expect a more modern shower.
